Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Richland - Photo album

Would of gave a 5 star rating, my child wanted the 10 piece nugget meal & I ordered a 4-piece. Told the lady what sauces I wanted, she hands me my order. I asked her if she put the sauces in the bag. She said, yes ma'am! Get all the way home, there were no sauces in the bag!! Next time I will check
Boy this chicken 🍗 was lit 🔥 worth the wait
They served us an uncooked chicken sandwich and would not answer the phone, we called corporate . They are going to make someone sick
Food was fine, which I thank God for after seeing some of these other reviews, but the guy at the drive thru was not particularly friendly (a simple "no problem" or "you're welcome" would be nice in response to a "thank you") and I would also appreciate some napkins in the bag
The spicy chicken sandwich was not at all what I was expecting. The chicken had batter, was deep fried, and was the worst, most disappointing. With a mouthful of batter, took all the crunch off, underneath was a tiny piece of chicken. It tastes and looks like a heart attack. Never again.
Traveling back home. The drive-thru line was extremely slow. Could not hear the person taking the order. The order was cold and undercooked. I have given Popeyes multiple chances to get my orders right. This is probably the last time that I visit this over-hyped lame restaurant. And no, you cannot
I always enjoy going to this location. The food is always hot & fresh no matter if it's nearly closing time. Never once had a bad experience at this location
Took a while to get the order at drive thru, called in on mobile app they need more staff, especially at dinner hours of 5-7p.m. the food was hot and fresh when we got it server was nice, but it took over 30 min.in the drive thru.
