Firehouse Subs - Richmond Hill - Photo album

The sandwiches are great, but sometimes orders with requests like "no sauce or dressing" are made with sauce or dressing. It's not always easy to spot on a quick check, but it's a good idea to check if you have special dietary needs.
The sandwiches here are great. They use better bread than Subway and the sandwiches have lots of meat. The only drawback I've found is in trying to order ahead, online. Sometimes, the order doesn't go through at all and often, if it does go through, special requests for ingredients don't get fil
The subs were great! The sweet tea was not sweet and only enough for half a cup. It was 4-5pm and they had no more tea. No BBQ or plain chips that weren't baked.. you could tell the guys had been and were swamped and wore out.

Nice break from I-95. The young man who took our order was a little unprofessional. He could see that we came in with 4 kids in tow and every time my wife said a part of the order, he asked "does that complete your order" with a tone that sounded like he was trying to move her along faster, like she
