Best food in town specially fried chicken is awesome.

They gave us a chicken burger that was completely raw. That is incredibly dangerous and can make people sick. When we told them, they said “I know.”

My son loves the chicken here, Seth is an amazing guy, awesome service and good deals. Also fast delivery. I love the chicken wraps great flavor. 5⭐️💪for u guys. Is also convenient by the J train stop here in Queens(Richmond Hill).

Soggy food. Calls it fresh but they give you fired food which sat there for 7 or more hours. Someone said customer service was good, nah, they legit left me waiting for 15 minutes to argue about how to make fries and how to remember orders.

A made an order online, and after two hours I didn’t receive anything, so I decide to call to the guy on the phone tell me that they cant do it . So why they don’t communicate with costumers what a wrong with customer service, me and my family were waiting for two hours to EAT !

Asome customers service,not penny pinching biz eg.for $5.un can get a wing,breast&tigh,hey kamal, no tigh,have 2breast&wings instead no extra charge,hey why not,chicken perfectly cooked&seasoned not too oily,or smell of stale oil,blunt quite a treat for fried chicken lover....

Today was my first time buying food from here it was the best chicken I ever had and the philly steak was on point definitely will recommend family and friends to this place thx palace 5 stars
