What an amazing find this restaurant was! The restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff was attentive. We ordered the fried calamari, it was one of the best calamari dishes we ever had. Fried to perfection and the marinara sauce was full of flavor. For our main course we ordered the Grilled shrimp Isabella and the Fulshear Pasta both dishes were delicious. We will definitely return to try the rest of the menu.

Always very good. Most times we order one of the specials. Service is always excellent. Gets busy during regular hours, so this past time we took the opportunity to go at 4 PM, mostly as a very late lunch, but it was almost full by 5:30 PM. Never had a bad dish, or one improperly prepared. Consistently very good. Nice little bar if that is your thing. It's Texas, so (of course) individual portion sizes start at huge and range all the way up to "easily feeds two people." Their hush puppies are better than most of the local BBQ joints (i.e., they are not greasy). It's exactly like a great little hole in the wall joint, except it's not little nor is it a hole in the wall. Just very good seafood. If you're in the area, don't miss it. UPDATE: It's been a while since we last visited, avoiding being in crowded restaurants, but we were in the area, and hungry, so we dropped in. Menu now three times the size it used to be, and the food is just as good or better. Many of the items that used to be favorite specials are now regular menu items. The Oysters on the Half Shell are as good as any other restaurant in the greater Houston area that I have reviewed (or not). They are huge and FRESH. Service here is spectacular. They serve food at the bar as well; while we were visiting, there was a steady stream of drinkers and eaters (mostly single diners). Be sure to pay attention to the specials on the board when you come in, or ask about them; they are consistently "special" (meaning mostly not on the regular menu) and a good value. If you ever see Stuffed Flounder or Rainbow Trout Pontchartrain or anything Florentine be sure not to miss them.

We had Calamari and Crab Cakes for an appetizer, and both were excellent. I had the Fried Seafood Platter with all fried to perfection and seasoned well. The red beans and rice may have been the best I've ever had, highly recommended.

Have always heard great things about this place and finally made it out there. It did not disappoint! Food was fantastic, service was amazing, and bar tender was awesome. Highly recommend. Only gripe is the building itself. Pretty cramped. Need more space and more tables. Could definitely see this place doing extremely well in a standalone, slightly more upscale building.

Something to ✍️ Write Home About!!! The Craw Fish was unparalleled! The seasoning was perfect! (Cantù don’t change a thing) I always disliked crawfish, but my wife told me to try some, i was amazed at how it didn’t taste like any crawfish I’ve tried before… The SERVICE: 10/5 ⭐️ Crawfish: 10/5 ⭐️ Fried oysters: 4/5 Pasta Orleans: 5/5 Seared Tuna: 4/5 Cilantro house dressing: 10/5 ⭐️ Stuffed Mushrooms: 5/5 Fried Calamari: 4/5 Sautéed crab finger: 3/5 Stuffed crab: 3/5 Coleslaw:7/5 ⭐️ So much to say… Literally everything was amazingly delicious and nearly perfect! I can’t believe I’ve lived so close to Pier 36 and I’ve never been to it. You will NOT be disappointed!

We had dinner at their 90A East location last night. It has a nice rustic interior and a casual ambience. You can notice old wooden lobster crates hanging down from the ceiling and fish nets on the wall. The waitress was very nice and polite. Our wait time was average. My wife ordered a shrimp dish. It was fresh and flavorful. My son had a catfish dish. He thought it was average. I ordered stuffed catfish. It was filled with crab cake. However, my catfish tasted a little fishy, despite the lemon I added. In general, we enjoyed the dinner.

We ordered the Seafood Gumbo and Garlic Toast for a lite lunch today. Delicious, as always. Very reasonable. Less than $15.00. A great restaurant. Consistently tasty meals, no off and on days here.

Mia was my server, she was warm, inviting, knowledgeable about the menu and provided great service! The food… my good people the food is amazing! I had 1/2 dozen Baked oysters and the Redfish Frisco Filet, they were both very well prepared and everything tasted wonderful, even the bread was prepared perfectly. Great hidden gem of a spot!!

Very pleased with both locations, have sent several groups to both Fulshear and Richmond restaurants and the folks are always complimentary about the staff and food. Great job!

This place is great. Now if don't mind having absolutely no lights outside in the parking lot and off the beaten path, then this is the spot. I had 2 lemon drops. (Thank you, Emme, they were perfect as bartender). As I as appetizers, we had had the dozen oysters stuffed with crab meat and spinach as well as the crab meat mushrooms (5) with cheese sauce on the side. As well as the Bourdain balls (5) with fries. The mushrooms were so good I had one left before I realized that I had not taken a picture. I had the blackened catfish and shrimp. It also comes with a side salad. The entree was ho hum. Too many other varieties to choose from. I had not been there in 5 years. So it was worth a revisit. Hint: skip the blackened option for any entree and keep it mind there might be a wait since no other restaurants nearby. But definitely worth the drive to Richmond.

I love the atmosphere and the family style seating. The food was great and I can't wait to go back and try their Chicken Fried Steak.
