This was our first time at Kimberly's. We went for breakfast. The food was great. They have tables available for outside dining, too. They have a bakery case with homemade treats. There is a lounge also.
Wonderful lobster rolls. Second best lobster rolls we’ve had in during our week long maine trip. And we ate a lot of lobster rolls…
Portion size relative to pricing was perfect. Fried were good as well.
We stopped here on our way down for lunch. Relatively empty - few other diners. Few minutes off the highway. Sure glad we did.
Best part was the service. The lady at the front was thoughtful and kind. Food came out quick. Made the experience all the better.
I've started a job in the area and wanted to find a place with great burgers. I found my new favorite burger spot when I had lunch at Kimberly's today! Pleased to find the food was from scratch and not frozen Sysco food. Burger was scrumptious, hand breaded onion rings were just the way I like them, and fresh come slaw was just the way I make it. Note: I am a cook and picky about places I would return to. I'll definitely come back to Kimberly's again, and will bring my family. ❤️
Also had a nice, peaceful atmosphere and the service was friendly and fast.
Well I'm in Richmond Maine place I never thought I would be eating at a restaurant called Kimberly's. It was under different ownership and she was a waitress here and she ended up buying the restaurant and now she makes delicious food in said restaurant. This may sound weird but I really like eggy French toast. I got exactly what I wanted Iggy French toast covered with butter and served with a bottle of pure maple syrup. It was delicious and the people that I had breakfast with had their eggs and toast and potato special and absolutely loved it. Of course the one Oddball out had lunch for breakfast but she got a grilled cheese sandwich with pickle chips and absolutely loved it. There's homemade bread that all dishes came with and they're on baked goods in the store clearly the woman knows her baking. People at other tables had corned beef hash somebody had a strawberry waffle they all were singing praises. Must visit. So if you're in Richmond Maine this is a place to come for breakfast and I'm guessing lunch and dinner probably just as good. And this used to be an old funeral home and it has a lot of character I think that it's definitely worth the visit.
-My first time here. Cute little place with lots of choices of food and desserts! I got the meatball sub and sweet tater fries. And a whoopie pie to go!
Great Foid, good service, indoor and outdoor seating, you can get an alcoholic drink or a non alcoholic beverage or hot ones too !! Overall great to eat food at !! Plus I was able to bring food home in eco friendly containers !!
Walking in I immediately didn't care what I had for dinner... I wanted to make sure I cleaned my plate for the fabulous looking desserts!! Unfortunately, I had so much food I didn't 😩 so we will definitely be going back! Cute little diner with some of the busiest staff I have ever seen. I had a nice side salad (all very fresh veggies) and the lobster roll with fries. Yummmm! Wish I had requested to see if they had it buttered instead of made with mayo. It was delicious regardless. Hubby had the turkey dinner... talk about generous portions. He said everything was perfect. Only item I didn't like was the cheesy cauliflower. I prefer mine with cheddar cheese... this was made with a white cheese... weird taste. But everyone likes different things, so just a heads up to ask.
Home made food with a very charming, small town ambiance. We felt at home here and the staff were very friendly. Baked goods are to die for! Highly recommend the small pies and a slice of cheesecake. Can’t go wrong here.
The Custard pie was the bestest. Toasted cheese and fries were good
Fabulous restaurant located on the quaint Main Street of Richmond. Great menu selection, large potions, amazing food. Don’t forget to try the desserts!
