This Starbucks is in the downtown Richmond VA Marriott. My grand daughter wanted latte and this was the closest one in the area. The employees were friendly. The area was clean.
In and out this location is great. Service is brisk! Orders are always correct. This store in housed in the old Arby's. BONUS: Free coffee grounds for my composter!
Staff is EXCELLENT here! Although I don't expect it they all remember my name and order -- every day! The staff (baristas?) are ALL excellent at their jobs. Quick and efficient and all polite! I've never had a problem despite going there *every morning* for the past 6 months.

Love it when Starbucks are in a hotel this one downtown Richmond at the Marriott. The store was closed and the people were walking out the night before answered all our questions and we were ready in the morning. I don't usually go to Starbucks this was a great surprise.
