We used active menus and our service was great! When I ordered it said 1.5 hrs but it was there in like 30 min. Fast and the food was awesome!
I ordered through active menus and had a great experience. The food was hot and the milkshake still cold! Yes, the food wasn't cheap but it was also delivered right to my door. If you want a cheap burger and fries McDonalds has a drive-thru for that!
Love the food very busy could be better but overall very good.
5 guys is one of my go to spots for a fast food burger joint. They're always consistent and the topping options are unique & I love getting that extra spill of fries in my bag!! You watch everything happen before your eyes. There's got to be some comfort in knowing that your food hasn't been tampered with lol

Burgers are hand made with no spices. You get to pick what you want added to your burger. That is good....everything you want and nothing you don't. Now the bread is a different story. Bread choices would be nice, such as a kaiser roll, or wrap vs the sesame roll that crumbles while you are trying to keep the sandwich together.
It's an expensive custom burger that... If you think about what you get is not that expensive...
The burger is custom made, it has the toppings you want and how you want them made. The meat is ... Great. The fries.... Same.and the drinks... Also customized.... In truth... It is a good deal and just delicious.
Just had the best experience here! Had some difficulty with the Apple Pay reader and my checker Tony shrugged it off and covered my meal! Best customer service I could ask for! I’m from DC and take lots of pride in Five Guys being local for us. Way to rep the hometown guys! Thanks for being awesome :)
Definitely the most affordable burger in town as they claim. Burger and shake for $15.But it definitely is a truly great a filling burger one of the best around, shakes are good, fries are alright. Would avoid if you have a severe peanut allergy as there are open bags of raw peanuts around the store.
Pretty good! This way only my second time at a Five Guys so I don't have a lot of experience but this place was clean and staff was friendly. Food was good and pretty fast. Still not sure what to do with all the peanuts everywhere but they look cool and taste good as well.
standard for five guys, the burgers are great. never too busy and the wait is never too wrong. five guys can put a dent in your wallet but it is worth every penny.
Really great burger! Little Fries are giant. I couldn't finish the whole meal. It was filling and most importantly, they gave the right amount of napkins. We parked on the wrong side, and Google maps lead us to the back of restaurant but that's OK, not Five Guys fault.
always awesome. best burger I have ever eaten. The fries, Boardwalk type, are not my favorite but that's just me, I am picky when it comes to french fries. It's not a quality or taste issue on behalf of Five Guys , it's just that I don't like Boardwalk style fries.
I love five guys burgers and fries! The cajun fries have a tiny bit too much seasoning on them sometimes, but they still taste great. The place always looks clean.
All staff had excellent attitude, food was delicious (as usual) and tables were kept clean. Additionally, the staff were very responsive when we discovered that the Coca Cola machine was out of a certain flavor. This was a pleasant surprise!
