This is my favorite Thai restaurant. Actually, first time , when I ordered something to go , bloated noodles so it wS not satisfied . So I tried to go there . And when My husband and I are really enjoyed . Both menu is pretty good !! And this restaurant is one of the best Thai restaurant in Richmond downtown.

What a little gem this place is. So unexpected. The Thai food we three had was deliciously prepared, fresh, and aromatic. The Green Papaya Salad , ginger Beef, and Ginger Perfect ( I chose shrimp) was superb! This food was better than Thai food I had in Bangkok! We sat in the enclosed patio yard behind the restaurant, which was charming. Our waitress was friendly, efficient, and polite. If you already like Thai food, this restaurant is for you. If you are looking for a tasty change , give this a try.
Came down last Saturday on our way to view the eclipse, and again a week later. We had green curry, drunken noodles, dumplings, chicken sate and other assorted appetizers. The food is out of this world and hands down , better than most Thai restaurants in Manhattan. The bill was also about 50% less than comparable restaurants in New York or New Jersey.
Our waitress was great. We ordered the above food and she never wrote in down and yet, the order came out perfect. I wish this restaurant was closer to home.
Attentive service and good food. The Healthy Spring Rolls were very fresh and the Pad See Re flavorful. I wouldn't order the Crispy Pork and broccoli again just because 15th pork wasn't what I expected. They were out of fresh mint so the mojito I had was made with Thai basil and lime--fantastic!
It was a gorgeous night and why the patio was empty I have no clue. Great atmosphere and good food. Thank you!
Best Thai-Food in Richmond. At Approximately $13 a plate, I do wish it was a bit less pricey, but totally worth it in the end, seeing as none of the other Thai food restaurants in Richmond even compare. I have been eating Pad Thai for years, and this rivals that of mainland Thailand. Give it a try if you're on the hunt for some great Thai!
Went for my sister's graduation dinner. Huge party. Staff took exceptional care of us. The calamari was my favorite. Next time I go I'll just get rice and 2 orders of calamari
Nice quaint restaurant. Be careful it's easy not to see it it's actually I believe called the patio. The food was pretty good but I like the outside patio that they had in the in the back I wish I would have seen this place during the summer time cuz I would have loved just to hang out back there the wait staff was very nice and I would definitely go back again
Great food and a super out door dining experience. The place is very inconspicuous from the front, but once inside, you'll know this place is legit. On nice days, be sure to eat in the garden out back.
We had My Daughters HS graduation lunch there. It was amazing . Good people to work with!! My italian family likes to eat- good size portions!!
Best Thai food I have had in a long time. Nice staff, portions were on the small side but adequate. Cozy atmosphere and lots of parking.
Awesome food and great atmosphere. Treated us like family. Best Thai food I've had. I'd recommend the volcano seafood, sushi, and homemade ice cream.
Love the atmosphere here. Hostess was a little rude when we first got there, but she really came around towards the end of our meal. Food was great.
NEW OWNERS - Last night was their first day (5/11/18). Food was good, though one of our favorite dishes was not available (the lamb), and they had NO LIQUOR LICENSE.
I was sad to see Thai Room leave this location. However, Sang Jun has not only been a great replacement but has also raised the bar for my expectations of Thai restaurants. This place is amazing.
