Thanks to Red Robin for treating school staff to a burger & fries. The food was great and the staff friendly .
Burgers was great unlimited fries is always a plus our waiter did a great job also staying on top of things working a big group

Love it! Had an excellent meal tonight, and a couple of excellent IPA's on draft! Woo Hoo!
Every once in a while, i just cant decide what to order, so tonight, i took it out on Shannon! I wanted an IPA, and the only IPA on the menu was out. Shannon readily told me of another option that wasn't on the menu, and it was a Direct Hit!! Great Beer! I wish i could recall the name of it, but i know Shannon could tell you!! Then, i couldn't decide on the burger...... you see, i've tried a lot of them, and never had one i didnt like! I slid the menu over to Shannon, and told her that she would have to pick for me, with one stipulation; if i get Burnin' Love burger, i would need a bath towel too, to handle the sweat!!!
She just smiled and said her pick was the Banzai Burger. I told her i'd take it!!
To be sure, the food at Red Robin is always great, but when you have a server as good as Shannon, then that's icing on the cake, and makes the visit to Red Robin much more of an experience than just sitting down, eating, then leaving........
We had a great time tonight, and look forward to sitting in Shannon's section again soon!!
For one of the best burgers and the best choice of burgers Red Robin is the place to go
There's a lot of good burgers to be had in RVA and this place is no exception! Our server was so nice and the food was SO good. Love that there's a Veggie burger option!
My daughter and my 3 month old grandson visited for lunch. The server, David, was exceptional. Professional, polite, kept the beverages full and the table bussed while we dined. Pretzel bites and cheese really hit the spot. Hot, light with a crisp crust. Burger was good and my salad was fresh. They accommodated our baby. Pleasant atmosphere. Restroom was stocked but a tad messy and some tables were left dirty but considering staff shortages, I still give a thumbs up.
Red Robin's hamburgers and cheeseburgers are among the very top of the market, in my opinion. The hamburger is prepared according to your options, including how well done you want the meat. Toppings were fresh, the French fries were awesome, the broccoli was outstanding, and the onion rings were excellent. Service was outstanding -- our waitress was friendly, "on the job" with refills (drinks, fries, and broccoli), and engaging. We had a great time there, and we hope your visit will be just as pleasant. We went at an "off time," so the restaurant was not very crowded. Televisions were not loud, and the place was super-clean. Love the atmosphere there, and we hope Red Robin maintains the current ambience. Just an overall fun time. Wish for more!
Standard red robin experience.
We were told it's a 15 mins wait but we got a table in 5. When we went in almost half the restaurant was empty (they got a big place). Decent vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options available.
The staff was patient and respectful.
How many times have you seen the commercial on television?! I have a million times and finally found a cute location near short pump. They offer outside seating as well as, dine in. The food was pretty good and if you order bottomless sides you get free re fills. So for example, cheese fondue or garlic fries would qualify for free refills. Server was nice and they give free balloons to the children! Supervisor on duty made sure to walk around and checked on everyone seated!
Great food for the price it is. The bottomless sides and drinks makes it so much better. My daughter love the root beer floats. You won't be disappointed with the burgers. My suggestion is rhe banzai. Maybe just me but taste really close to a whopper
Justin was amazing. He was quick, kind to answer our questions and work with our big family. He was so friendly and made everything easy. Highly recommend this location and this awesome waiter who made our stressful trip, stress free! Thank you Justin, we truly appreciate you and this Red Robin’s location!
Overall this is a good experience for adults & kids. There is usually a wait for your food, but there are tabletop video games for kids for free & purchase.
My wife and I came in for lunch today and we’ve been here before, but we’ve never had the waitress we had today before. Andy,( or andi I’m not sure how she spells it) was absolutely amazing. She was very polite and attentive. She was excellent at giving us our space to eat and enjoy the food but still being aware of our needs. We will return to this location and we hope to have her help us again.
Joey was a great server. The food was fried a little too much. Either the deep fryer is turned up too high, or the cook wasn't paying attention. (Granddaughters chicken strips were overdone and dry.) Otherwise, it was good.
Service was quite good but the food was surprisingly even better . Ordered the Red's double it was delicious! Happy they have more healthier options.
Many different items to choose from, reasonably priced. Took about 20 minutes to get a seat but it was a Saturday night so it's understandable. Waiter was awesome at first but slow to bring drink refills, appetizers and food was great! Multiple TVs to watch, nice bar and was not loud so you could still have conversations at the table.

Had a good time. Got seated right away in Bar area cause we were over 21. The food was excellent. Hot n fresh. The server seemed new but was good. Had drink from the bar and I must say, YESSSS!!!! I Def will return!
Food was good. We were seated and waited on immediately after drinks- water, were served. I had a burger which was cooked as asked. The restaurant was a little loud as they were busy, music was a little loud. But fun too.We enjoyed our visit.
