My wife and I had a great time here. Our waitress was very polite, attentive and helpful and ensured we had a swell time. Service was great! My wife and I loved the food. We had the ‘Shrimp your way- Choose 2’ and the Caribbean rock tail. Both were delicious. One of the better seafood places in the Henrico area. Highly recommend.

There's a new menu (see pictures) with lots of changes, some are good and more alternatives- in addition to the always changing "fests" each month. No matter how often you eat at this American restaurant icon it is absolutely worth downloading the Red Lobster app. It will save you the long wait with call ahead seating reservations. Their rewards are reasonable and great choices. This location has surprisingly great servers, really helpful. Seniors, disabled, and everyone is welcome. The kitchen is a bit slow and the interior has seen better days. Fresh seafood all the time.

I hadn't been to Red lobster in years. My sister and I decided to meet there for dinner. They had several specials going on along with their delicious signature cheddar biscuits. I'm definitely going back.

Food was awesome! Prices are definitely higher than I remember. Ultimate Feast is $50...too much. And now they consider a salad a PREMIUM side, so be prepared to pony up $2 if u want a salad.

I celebrated 🍾 my birthday there loved the seafood, the drinks 🍸 were exotic and delicious my waiter was such a good host we shared stories. 😋

We cane in for Thanksgiving dinner, and we were seated in a section for our party of 6. The food came out, and it was all good. I ordered the Bar Harbor meal, and it was delicious. The problem arose when I had eaten most of the meal, but there were any lobster tails as stated in the menu. I asked the waitress what could be done. She said that perhaps they were at the bottom of the bowl, which they weren't. She said that she would speak to the manager. She came back and said that she would bring me extra lobster but couldn't adjust the bill. I didn't get any in the first place. I had a plate full of the shells but it felt like I was being accused of eating it and not paying for extra when I never had it. Going forward maybe checking the plates would be a good idea.

Went on a Sunday early so we could beat any crowd because of the all you eat shrimp special. It was a little busy but were seated right away. The waitress was fantastic friendly and fast. Explained the specials and got our drinks as fast as possible Took our order and the food came out fast and hot and she kept coming around when we were almost finished with our plate to get our next order of shrimp we wanted next Anyone who likes shrimp this is your chance to get all the shrimp you can eat for a reasonable price

Emily was an AMAZING server!!! Fish & Chips was not the best I've ever had (wouldn't order it again), but the fries and Cole Slaw were good. My father had the Shrimp Lugini Alfredo, and it was okay. Make sure to have them make sure the soup is hot as ours was lukewarm.

Had a wonderful server by the name of Serenity! I love red lobster but will definitely return to this location to have the 5 star service provided by Serenity & host Jenn was very helpful as well.

Went here on a Friday afternoon & the place wasn't busy. We were seated quickly. Unfortunately, our service was mediocre. Food came fast, but we didn't receive any cheddar bay biscuits until the END of our meal. This has never happened before. Our server was training someone, so we were patient but they were kinda unresponsive after the food delivery. It was an OK experience, but I wish they were more attentive to our overall needs. **Freshness of the food helped the rating.

Went for the shrimp extravaganza that is making Red Lobster bankrupt with my four elderly members of my family. The poor waiter, started out with so much enthusiasm- so I knew he was new and thus began the myriad of little mistakes like forgetting our salads etc- wrong sides on wrong plates, things like that. But, I forgive him since I guessed he was just starting at this and he was sweet and apologetic. Overall, this location is clean and the food was fresh and hot. Of course we will go back!

OMG… Don’t even know where to start. We were sat by Khalil, who was awesome and friendly. Always a good thing to be treated as well as Khalil did! Our server, Ty came over, and literally BLEW OUR MINDS with his professionalism, attitude, sense of humor, awesome personality, and complete and thorough knowledge of the menu, pairing options, and overall culinary prowess! I realize this sounds cheesy, and you might assume I’m part of Ty’s family, and I would understand that. But let me assure you, we have never met Ty prior to this evening. Ty is JUST THAT AMAZING! He knew when to come by, and when to give us a minute (a skill more servers could benefit from learning). His ability to read the table, and how to tailor his approach to match our enthusiasm was unparalleled. Seriously, whoever hired this gentleman needs to be commended. Twice. And whoever was involved in his training should be debriefed and the information gained can be used in a proper training manual. Long story short, Ty is amazing, and we will be eating at Red Lobster a LOT more frequently, simply because of Ty, who we will ALWAYS request. GREAT JOB, Ty. You are truly our friend now. Keep up the 5 ⭐️ service! We’ll see you soon!
