I find this place more spacious than the one in west broad but not as elegant as I am expecting. computer assisted kiosks are available when ordering in case you don’t want to fall in line you just pick a number and it will be delivered to you at the table. clean area. good staff. as usual, foods ar
Update: I ordered a sprouted wheat bun, egg white, avocado, tomato, and spinach breakfast sandwich. It was so incredibly tasty!!! Also- a cream cheese and cherry danish ring. It had cinnamon in it and striped icing. It was a sweet tooth lover's perfect pastry! Just what I needed with my coffee.

I just want to give a shout out to a worker by the name of Levell. He did an amazing job of serving me the other day. My husband and I love coming to this branch of Panera.
My first visit to this location in Richmond, Va. I had the Chipolte chicken and bacon flatbread pizza with fruit punch and a pastry. Would have liked the pizza to have more flavor, but it was a pleasant experience.
Updated review it seems like they're improving the experience at the store and the staff was extremely helpful. In fact my son asked for the wrong meal and the proactively replaced it saving our meal.
Excellent and seamless takeout experience. Highly reccomend.
The food is excellent, the service is even better. They went above and beyond when minor error in order was made. Highly recommend.
Great lunch spot when a healthy salad is what you crave. Yes, Panera prices are a little steep but, the fast food is top notch.
Soup was hot and fresh, my Teriyaki bowl was also hot, and delicious!
Perfect view in a great area and the food was great!!! This place seems to be consistent with all of the other Panera’s I’ve been to. Excellent staff and service.
Panera had lost some of its charm. This location is very stark compared to its previous warm ambiance. There's no scent of baked goods. The food was good but standard.
