Everytime I go to Chick-fil-A, the staff are very polite and respectful. My order has never been wrong and my food is always fresh. Even though it's expensive but it worth the money.

My first visit to Chick-fil-A and the manager greeted us very friendly and also bought lunch for us since it was our first time ever. The food was awesome. The staff was friendly and they even stopped by our table to see if we needed anything twice. I definately will be visiting this Chick-fil-A again. Great job and Thank you again!
Came here on the way back to Blacksburg. My cashier was Owen and I wanted to recognize his excellent customer service and positive attitude. He represents the company very well and I remain another extremely happy customer. Eat more chicken!
I am sure the inside atmosphere is excellent. We did the take-out. We ordered the Chicken Deluxe combo. We were able to get our Colby cheddar cheese and Root Beer. However, the Short Pump location, we could not get our favorite cheese or Root Beer! One time, our bank declined our card when there was money in the bank that the Short Pump location gave us 2 free chocolate milkshakes. We love that Short Pump location for understanding we had a problem with our bank, which was later fixed by our bank!!
I absolutely love Billie’s energy!! She was absolutely wonderful and makes the drive thru run so smoothly!

I used drive-thru. They're organized so the service is speedy. The food items are well prepared and tasty!
Although this location was very busy with it's lunchtime crowds, I was really surprised at how fast the service was. The cashier who handled my order and my money was both efficient, helpful and very pleasant
As someone from outside were said chick fill a is like Woah, the most amazing thing ever, I'm not saying is bad but I don't think is the best thing ever, normal flavor, nothing crazy or worth the hype.

They got the order wrong and only gave me 1 honey. Normally, they are very accommodating bit this was a surprise. I'd still go back to them.
We stop by this location as often as once a week to pick up dinner on our way. I found that ordering through the app and picking up in drive thru works well for us. The staff at the drive thru is very pleasant and professional. It takes a bit longer when picking up order inside (when ordered through application). Orders are correct (except missing sauce once or twice) and atmosphere is welcoming.
