Einstein's is the best bagel and sandwich shop around. The coffee is excellent and unlimited refills for the cost of one cup of coffee. I've been going here for well over ten years. Kahllid is a super manager and his staff are second to none. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
A very nice and clean store. They sell a variety of bagels and can make many types of sandwiches on bagels. Their ham, egg & cheese bagel is delicious. Currently, they only have outdoor dining tables, but indoor seating will be available in January, 2024.
This is my fiancé and I’s favorite morning stop for breakfast bagels. The service is quick, the coffee is good and the bagels are fantastic. There is an outdoor patio seating area that is great for sitting. Recently though I found that there are a lot of cigarette butts and wild mallards getting too close which makes eating at the patio not very pleasant… Room for improvement but otherwise the food is great!
Great place for a quick sandwich and beverage. Prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection to choose from. I will certainly come back when it's a little cooler, tho. There is no place to sit inside for some reason. All the sitting areas outside were filled.
Yummy bagels & breakfast sandwiches. This location only had 2 guys working and my bagel-wich was sloppy but still good flavor. Love their baked hashbrowns, only wish there was a location closer to me in the Brandermill area.

I love Einstein Bros. Bagels breakfast sandwiches! I tend to get the bacon, egg, and cheddar on an Asiago bagel breakfast sandwich. It's so tasty!
Amazing whole wheat bagel egg white bacon and avocado. When I first submitted my review, I failed to mention that I live in New Jersey and we have a lot of good bagel shops here...I was very impressed with Einstein's in Richmond. I grew up here, but the food is so much better now!!!
Helpful and friendly staff is the biggest plus of this Einstein’s location. I often use the app for curbside pickup when I’m on a walk with my kids and dog. When I arrive, they always have my order ready. When they bring my order out, they are cordial and positively engaging. I appreciate the personable interaction.
I’ve frequented Einstein Bros. Bagels for many years, many different locations, and I feel I always have a positive interaction with the staff. Speaks highly for the company and for all the individuals working there (my Stony Point Shopping Center location is still #1).

Great way to start a Saturday morning! Good coffee, fresh bagels, fast service and friendly staff. Outside seating was a plus on a beautiful fall morning!

Customer service is good. However, I was told Monday (sale day) I could not get Bagel's on sale because I didn't have the app on my phone. I used to get the sale before & not everyone in this world have cell phones! It should be sales to all. Disappointed at your company.
Obviously a fair bit pricier than your fast food breakfast spot, but that doesn't come without a huge upgrade in the quality of the food, which is superb. From the breakfast sandwiches to the drinks, everything on the menu has great taste and is sure to satisfy your appetite. Nice atmosphere and staff to add as well!
I come here often and have for several years. I have NEVER had anything but a pleasant experience. Khalid and his team are the best and always, and pleasantly, go out of their way to meet your needs. Particularly his special spread on my 3 cheese bagel! This place is a customer comfort zone!
Got a bagelrito and orange juice. Interestingly good bagelrito, tasty, fresh and hot. A very quick turn around time since no one was there. Easy parking and good access from Huguenot rd. The only problem is seating, there is none inside but they do have a couple tables outside.
