Great experience, terrific waffles and super friendly staff. And, the Virginia Ham is called City Ham here.
This is the best Waffle House I ever been to! The people are amazing and so is the food. I had a new server and she made sure I was taken care of and tried to help me as much as possible. The cook/ chef really took charge of this establishment leading it to be a very welcoming and warm atmosphere. I loved talking to them and I will DEFINITELY be back!

This waffle house is top notch as far as service and atmosphere. Very good service; our server was friendly and pleasant, checked on us appropriately.
4-star for the fried eggs; I kindly requested over medium and got sunny side up eggs; I sent eggs back to cook seconds more, returned back to me hard fried eggs, however, I accepted them and moved on. All in all the entire experience was good!
Always an amazing late night experience at this location. The staff here is always so friendly and patient when it gets super busy. It's also one of the cleanest WH's I have been in.
Waffle house could hit 37 stars if they build at least 1 bigger location. Drove from Chester to Henrico Sunday. Literally stopping at every location. Jam packed. Compliments to all the employees. Definitely worth the wait.
This was one of the best waffle House in the nation, customers were treated with respect when entering the doors, the food was delicious and hot by the way didn't take long the one was rude I enjoy being the district managers and other managers in the building. Overall I will attend this wawful house again
Hardworking group of people at this location. I have never seen ANY employee just goofing off - EVER!! Good food and fantastic workers!! It's always clean inside as well!
Great late night food and service was nice too. Not sure I could be that friendly working that late! :) a favorite for my friend group after going out to see bands!

Stopped in Saturday evening. Was pretty busy server was a guy named Jake was fast, accurate, polite, top notch cook he was amazing. Service again was great we were a big group but he wasn't bothered by it. Everything was just a wonderful easy experience unlike some other locations I have been to.
Great food with awesome customer service. I couldn't finish my whole meal. They give you an ample amount of everything. Try the pecan waffles , you will fall in love with it ! I had sausage, eggs, bacon, hashbrowns strings, with chipped beef gravy and side biscuit.
The employees and the food was outstanding. I've made plans to return. It is the waffle house on Parham Road.
My son and I come every morning/noon time the employees are amazing and the food is always great cooked to perfection. My son absolutely loves this location his favorite servers are Thomas and Dylan. They are truly great My son is autistic, and Thomas and Dylan are very friendly, patient and kind, not many places we go to are! We will forever go to this location. Because of them!
