I absolutely loved everything about my first experience with this restaurant. My food was delicious. By far the best Philly cheese steak I've had in years! I got 3 of the snack sized sandwiches so I could try a few different ones. I loved them all. I ordered online but they waited until I got there before cooking my fries to insure they would be hot and fresh. The employee that helped me was very polite and did an awesome job! Great customer service skills and great food are not so common and definitely deserve to be recognized and appreciated.

Unfortunately, the last couple times we’ve went here the food has either been cold. The lettuce was old and the staff was not attentive will continue to give them a shot, but their prices are pushing me away.

I stopped by for a quick sandwich. Ended up ordering the Regular Teriyaki Chicken Sub with grilled onions, mushrooms and banana peppers. With a small cup of fries. The staff was efficient . Sub was pretty good. Slightly pricey considering the size of the Sub

Love the subs and fries. Only downfall is the price to feed our family of 5 was just under $100. Total bummer on that.

The food is fantastic, and the restaurant is nice, but the thing that brings it slightly down are the prices. If you're willing to look past that, Penn Station has great subs, and some of the best fries that I've had.

Penn Station was great! Food was delicious! At certain points through out the day they hand out free cookies. I will say they fail at their drink station. They have diet Dr.pepper but not regular Dr. Pepper. Over all good experience. Would definitely be willing to come back.

Have the really good cheesesteak sandwiches and fries. Sometimes the tables need wiping but atmosphere is okay.

Great food. Little pricey, but worth it every now and then.

I ordered the classic Italian hot sub. Which is always tasty but very salty. The fries were hot but some of them were undercooked. I was astonished at the bill of $17 for a regular size sub, small fries and a small drink. In my experience this is above restaurant pricing, so I will most definitely give consideration to other options.

Man this place is the place to be for a good sub!!! It has become one of my favorite spots. They're a little on the pricey side but you get your money worth. The chocolate chip cookie is one the best I've ever tasted in my life. Go and see for yourself.

Came in late around 8:45, as I wanted to bring my elderly mom something to eat that she loves!! Staff was amazing, courteous and cooked me a fresh sub and fries with zero complaints (none verbal or non verbal), and they even insured they got my topping just right!! Recently, many of us have become accustomed to poor customer service (eye rolls and staff outwardly showing their exhaustion & dissatisfaction) I WAS SO IMPRESSED by the staff tonight!! Highly recommend! Keep up the great attitude & service gentlemen- it’s appreciated!!

Weeeeeee. Just go. Want an adventure in the best subs? Year after year, I try new & usual sub shops, subs at WaWa, subs at deli or stores and one 1 soars to the blue sky like a sub on golden chariot. Oh yes indeed! Penn Station East Coast subs. You may be thinking, name a tad droll so subs might be? The meat is slapped on grill top & stacked in roll. The only thing that quakes in this sub castle is the need for fresh shredded lettuce & fresh tomatoes. The only chance of this chariot hitting a stone on takeoff is the price has risen to $7 for a small 5 inch sub. I measured it. Yes I did👀🌝🤣 Even if it was 6 inch, $7.50+ is too much for a small Italian sub on plain white sub rolls. Subway with fresh breads became my go to, when Penn Station had aging shredded lettuce, tomatoes a bit shy of good, so so one choice white rolls & $7 for basic small sub. Love the staff, taters & grilled meat, but that's 2 gallons of fuel in a $7.50 paper wrapper that's gone in 10 minutes👀🤔😒😶🙁
