It's OK. Drive through is hilariously slow. Hit or miss if you get a biscuit cooked just right. Often they are over cooked and dry. For almost $5 a chicken biscuit they should be consistent.
I think many of the complaints have nothing to do with Bojangles. It's the basic problem with Fried Chicken. It should be made to order, it doesn't really fit the fast food model. Any fast food chicken place suffers from the same issue. If it's hot and fresh, it's great. If it sits under a heat lamp

My hubby's favorite when we travel south. Their grilled chicken salad is fresh and tasty. Their fried chicken and tenders are moist and go great with their coleslaw. Lobby area is clean and employees friendly.
