The GM at this location handled an insanely disrespectful woman, screaming at him because she didn’t want to pay for extra chicken. She was vulgar in her insults, and that GM (I didn’t catch his name, very nice with tattoos on his arms) handled it beautifully and respectively. She requested HQ number so I am assuming she will be complaining over him/that location. But I can assure you she is nuts, and that GM was amazing.
Had to post a 5 star review after witnessing the most embarrassing, unruly customer scream about a portion size. The GM (didn’t catch his name, has tattoos on his arms, very nice) handled it beautifully and the customer left. Kudos to him for being professional and holding his ground. Hope that customer does not come back.
I went in the pick up a to go order as well as add to my order. I had mixed feelings in my experience because the women in front of ne was not wearing a mask which there were CLEAR signs stating a mask was required. The employee making the dishes (in the red masks) was very professional and addressed the woman to let her know she would not be served without a mask. Which I felt was apropriate. However, the manager came out, asked if she could complete her order online, she stated no and he served her. I was disappointed because thats not fair to the several people waiting that wore masks.
