Pretty pleasant for fast food. It took a while for someone to get our order but as long as the food is good I'm happy. And it was good.
Was very clean and tasted very fresh.
On my last visit there. I went thru the drive thru window and placed my order. I wanted (two) 2-piece chicken both with a breast and wing. I was told that they only had spicy chicken, which was fine. When I got home, I had only one order right, and both of them were regular chicken and not spicy. I
Pleasant visit. Friendly hard working staff. Chicken was yummy 😋. Aswell as mashpotatoes & gravy. I gotta try the Mac & cheese next visit. I am completely addicted 2 the strawberry lemonade frozen can't get enough of it. Establishment was clean aswell
Me and my family visited this location last Saturday around 8p, only because Bojangles closed early due to new hours. That was their loss because Popeye's SHOWED OUT!! The chicken was nice and hot, and their biscuits, which are normally dry, were moist and buttered to perfection.
Like all other Popeyes, probably the best fried chicken on the market. Really haven't had a bad experience with the chicken at any Popeyes. Mild is unspiced for those who don't like spicy food. Biscuits are very good. Most of the sides are adequate, but nothing to bag about.

The food and service was good! The speaker to place your order on drive through was a little quiet but aside from that, service was excellent
On the off chance I want some Popeyes...yup this one is my favorite. Fast service, hot food, and friendly staff. It's also well kept and clean.
It's Popeyes, the food is consistently good wherever you go, and the drive-thru was quick.

They were truly awesome. They are very friendly. Also the order taker in the front was so helpful; we forgot something on order didn't even get frustrated with us. And the manager was great delegating the jobs going on and keeping her crew working smoothly. This is only the second time eating here

Fast food in Richmond is slow. This store is no different in terms of service. The chicken is unique and tasty. I have tried spicy chicken sandwich from many places and this one is consistently better. I miss dirty rice which was dropped. Biscuits are very nice. I'll take red beans and rice, please.
