Our waitress was very sweet. She was definitely busy but would check in on us and was very transparent up front about the backup in the kitchen.
Great food and atmosphere!
Your normal run of the mill Hooters establishment. Service was great and atmosphere was your standard Hooters. Come here if you want a quick bite to eat and catch a game or two! Food is like any other Hooters and you kind of expect what you’re getting. Overall recommend this location compared to others!
What can I say? We traveled over 2000 miles to enjoy this atmosphere and deliciousness. Living on an island in the Caribbean is wonderful but we really miss our frequent visits to Hooters. It did not disappoint.
Let's start with the positives: the food was fantastic as always! And very fairly priced as well! Now for my issues... The getting rid of the mancave decorations was a lame move! Now it's like BWW and an office building had a baby. And why are there like a couple dozen TVs? How do you keep up with anything at all like that?? Also seemingly all the waitresses were more interested in talking to each other like high-school girls that sit in the back of the class. Had to get their attention to do their job multiple times and it took several tries each time to successfully get them to quit slacking off and playing on their phones or giggling/talking to one another. Bring back the chili pepper lights and maybe get a manager that actually keeps their wait staff on their toes instead of on their phones. 5.5/10, the food being good AF is the only reason it didn't get a 3/10 instead.
Hailey was super attentive and genuinely nice -- all while simultaneously acting as hostess and server. Hooters in general is about as hit or miss as it gets. Thanks to Hailey, and her co-workers, Richmond Hooters was a solid hit!
Went here Saturday night with a friend I hadn't seen in years. I dont think I had been to Hooters in 15 years. The wings, fries, beer and desert were all better then expected. Amber was our waitress and she kept it fun and food on the table.
Will definitely be going back!
Had a good time, all around. Two bummers: I hate the long bodied urinals. I feel like I have to dodge splashes. It was in there. I also hate that they dropped the beer cheese from the menu, but that’s how those things go.
Great service! Caroline kept checking on us, and someone even got my boys a little desert on the house. I appreciate those types of gestures! Thank you!

The best place about this Hooters other than the incredibly friendly service is the absolute consistency in flavor and taste in the wings. The wings are always perfect at this location
My first time ever to Hooters. I went with my boyfriend and we couldn't help but admire that everyone there was very beautiful and with the few people I did interact with they were all very sweet as well. At the end of my meal I saw one girl who looked hard at work and very pretty and I really wanted a picture with her, not only did she let me get a picture I also got a hug. And also can't forget the food 😋 it was very filling.
Food was pretty mediocre as expected. The servers, wicked hot. The hot pants they used to wear when I went years ago are way more revealing. All of my Guinness had been sitting for a bit since it was poured as the head had sunk into the glass, tasted good though. Food was kind of expensive and no prices were listed on the physical menu. Went with some friends for the UFC fight and had no issues getting seats at 8 PM when bdubs down the road was an hour wait. Overall we had a blast.
Awesome food. Amazing service. Broke my leg in an accident and was wheeled in. Server questioned if I was driving and I said no. So drink were unlimited. On sale as always good and strong. Got the 40 wing deal to go so I'd have food to rest and heal. I'd vote more stars for this particular hooters
