The lady in the window was very polite and didn’t do that normal rush. They however seem understaffed because it took me 20 minutes in the drive through with only 1 in front of me. I ordered a tender meal. These tiny things aren’t far from nuggets, so they definitely need to better as a company with that! Mashed potatoes and bread was good and they filled the drinks completely.

The customer service was great and the food was fast and fresh. They had a clean dining area and the music was up beat. I enjoyed my lunch here

Went to Taco Bell inside KFC. Ordered Chicken Quesadillia, Nachos Bellegrande, Burrito Supreme and Dr. Pepper. Our meals were hot and tasty. The kids loved the Chicken Quesadillia, my Nachos Belle Grande was very good and the Burrito Supreme was greatly enjoyed!! We would recommend going to KFC/Taco Bell!!

Great fried chicken , potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, Mac cheese, and biscuits. The family meal will definitely fill you up and have plenty left over for a second time. Great service time and service.

Between my girlfriend and I, we have 4 autistic kids (now young adults), 3 of whom still live at home. We had spent the entire week planning my girlfriend and her child move to my house as soon as she got out of the hospital (she has a chronic illness. As a special treat, we texted the kids to let them know we were bringing the big bucket of tenders (16) meal with 4 large sides, and biscuits, and they were excited. But when we arrived home and opened everything, that excitement died down when they saw that the bucket was filled with various whole, bone-in pieces of original style chicken instead of the tenders they had been dreaming of. I called the store that night to report that our order was wrong, and the person who took our order took my name and asked if we had our receipts - they weren't in either bag. I asked if taking pictures of the order would be proof, and she believed so, and asked that I call the store the next day after 5:00 pm, to speak to the manager. I did call several times, but never had anyone answer, and that each time, after a number of rings, a tone began that sounded like a fax when you call it. It was days before we were back down that way, and I pulled in the parking lot to go speak to a manager. Then, I explained the mix-up of the prior order and asked the manager if he had any experience with autistic people, and he nodded his head in the affirmative. I asked, so you know what happens when autistic people have their plans changed on them then, right? It doesn't go well. Though we didn't have receipts, we had split the purchase between us and had our banking apps pulled up on our phones showing our purchases, which totaled $49.93. That was the exact amount, including tax, for the 16 tenders bucket family meal, including 4 large sides and biscuits. I was so happy that this KFC manager saw we were being completely truthful, and thus, he went above and beyond, replacing not just the chicken but also giving us 10 biscuits. Then I went to the counter to order a couple of large size orders of fries and had my bank card out to pay for those, but he told me, we got you. He had earlier suggested I help my girlfriend back to wait in the car where she would be more comfortable, as he could see she was feeling unwell. He told me the fries would be ready in a few minutes and said I could just go back to the vehicle too, and he would bring the whole order to us as soon as it was ready.

I went to the KFC on belt boulevard to get wings. I always get the wings either light sauce or sauce on the side. When I went to the one on belt boulevard they told me they couldn't do it for me which was odd because I've done it before numerous of times at the location so I went down to this one on Jefferson Davis. This one didn't hesitate to provide it for me and for that I appreciate them. It's called customer service and if it's something that can be done why not do it for the customer. People so quick to say no at these businesses instead of saying "let me see what I can do" to help the customer
