Olive Garden continues to be one of my favorite places to eat. This visit to the OG in Richmond did not disappoint. Arrived abt 4:30...several patrons in restaurant...but we were seated promptly. The restaurant was well staffed!! Our server, Maria, was very attentive. Salads were fresh. Breadsticks
As always this place was fan-freakin-tastic. We ate at the bar and the bartender was nice and got everything correct. The food didn’t take long and was nice and hit when it came out. Definitely recommend as the place to eat for a nice relaxing dinner. Thanks to everyone there keep up the great work
I originally posted a review with 3 stars because our to go order had an old salad, I’ll leave it at that 😊 Olive Garden responded and totally made it up when we went back to try dining in restaurant. The management explained how the salad wasn’t getting rotated by a newer employee hey things happen
Food was great! Service was terrible. Had to wait 1 hr to be seated. Took orders right away but sugar free tea was like water, 1 of us never got the zetti ordered after sitting there an hour told them to forget it. The rest of us got all you can eat salad, soup, & bread and that came pretty quick.
I had the Aziago Tortellini's. 1st off I'm sure we all know Tortellini's at home are hard not to overcook. but I'm pleased to say that my meal came out perfectly cooked and tasted excellent... I can only hope to have a similar experience on my next trip to The Olive Garden! Excellent work team! an
