I love this place! Will continue to go here indefinitely. But tonight I Ordered honey wings deal with crinkle fries along with my other food. The wings were the size of dove eggs! I’m guessing these wings came from young chicks, not mature chickens? And I specifically ordered the honey wings, but got very spicy buffalo wings instead-I can’t even eat them. And the crinkle fries I love? They never showed! Got home and got very disappointed! Better luck next time…
Had the smoked brisket sandwich and was blown away by the flavor punch! For those who want a somewhat healthier alternative to competitor’s western bacon cheeseburger, Arby’s is the way to go. The drive thru can be packed at peak times but once they open the new location, that should be alleviated. As far as fast food goes, it’s worth the wait!
Super sweet staff! Haven't had Arby's since I was a kid. Tried some newer stuff and was not disappointed. Mozzarella sticks were really good (the cheese's consistently was better than any other fast food in my experience!) and the curly fries were as delicious as I remember!

The food is consistent and is always very good, but what stands out here is the excellent customer service. Garry is, by and far, the friendliest fast food worker in town, and I sometimes come in if I just need a smile on my face.
Seriously, if you just need to be somewhere that is clean, comfortable, with the happiest staff available, then this is the place to be.
We had a very pleasant experience at this Arby's! The guy working the front area was HAPPY! He happily and enthusiastically greeted everyone and was nice to all including the other employees. He was helpful with ordering... and the chicken apple grape pecan salad sandwich I had was so good!
Had a 40% off in my email and went to use it. A little tricky but they honored it. Girl at window was chatty and friendly. No dine in until new location is open. Food was great and exactly what we ordered.
Yummy fast food like every other Arby's. However, they take longer than most other fast food chains to serve you. This particular location was very nice when I had to come back to fix a messed up order. After seeing the receipt, they gave me a replacement sandwich and even threw in a few turnovers to sweeten the deal.
Food is usually really good, staff is friendly and they have great customer service. There was a mistake on our order that couldn't be fixed due to my wife leaving for work (part of it was her dinner) bit when we called they offered to replace the entire order instead of just fixing the items that were messed up. Can't wait to eat there again and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the Arby's brand of food.

I was passing through Ridgecrest this last Tuesday and found a familiar place to have lunch at. I was very impressed with the service I received. My cashier was April. She was very kind, friendly and thoughtful. Sitting at our table waiting for the food, I was wondering why it was taking a little long, and before I even got up to ask where my food was, a worker saw me and told me it'll just be a minute. That was proactive in my opinion. While I got my food, I listened as an elderly man went to the counter, and April greeted him warmly, saying," Good morning Dave! How much chicken would you like today?" All of these things are small, but to me they really stand out. Good service is hard to find. Thank you for the experience, Arby's! (Tuesday, August 4, 2015)
The food is good, and the customer service is even better when the man who works drive thru is there! He is always in such a good mood and even gives you recommendations when ordering which is nice when you are not a frequent Arby’s “eater”. He recommended the jalapeño poppers with bronco berry sauce to dip and he was right, it was so good! Keep up the amazing customer service man
Lunch on the go. Drive thru service only available. Classic Arby's sandwiches were delicious as always. The jamocha shake was on target. The $10.00 steak 🥪 a bit disappointing. Sloppy and messy, very little meat, poorly wrapped and overpriced.
I love Arby's! I have only ONE complaint: they DISCONTINUED SERVING the ArbyQ sandwich! (Shredded BBQ Beef). It was my all-time favorite! If you like fresh made sandwiches, salads, etc. Arby's is a great place to eat.
