Lovely spot, very friendly staff, coffee to die for yummy ;-) Perfect place to sit down and have a lovely lunch. Can't wait to get back in there.
Great spot! Just moved to the neighborhood and I will definitely frequent this place. There are plenty of tables and outlets to do work, and it's a very ideal spot to relax. You can enjoy good coffee/tea drinks and a wide variety of excellent pastries and light food including sandwiches, and loaded Belgian waffles.
Really cute place. It was my first time there but I will be going back.

Great spot to grab a cup and relax. Very friendly staff. Attentive and quick service. I got a caramel latte and my wife got a vanilla latte. Both were brought to us very quickly and were delicious. Looks like they have a pretty good selection of food too. Nice sized refrigerator case with various cakes and treats. Also, a good choice of soft drinks. Didn't order any prepared food but they have an extensive menu to choose from. Nice atmosphere, plenty of seating available for us (4) and all the other people (about 10 or 12) to sit comfortably. Unfortunately the weather was garbage today otherwise we would have enjoyed taking advantage of the ample outdoor seating they have. It's covered, so rain wouldn't have been an issue, just a little chilly to have our 2 little ones outside. In short, definitely recommend checking this place out and we will return for sure next time we visit the area.
***UPDATE- Our son was hungry so before we left we got a Nutella croissant and he wanted an orange juice to go with it. Croissant was HUGE and the OJ was FRESH SQUEEZED for him. Awesome!!!
A hidden gem in Queens! The perfect “Spot” for a cozy working lunch, a rainy evening or if you’re just looking for peace. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. There are wifi and outlets available for customer use so you can take care of your to do list while having a delicious sandwich and latte.
The food is made with love and the attention to detail is of a past era. It’s the type of service you get when everyone is fully invested and the business is well managed. Honestly, this place is a breath of fresh air and I’m happy to have discovered it.
I love The Green Spot Cafe ! It’s my favorite coffee shop and not only for the coffee which is excellent or for the delicious food which is also excellent, but because of the great atmosphere, overall vibe and the great people who own & work it. I highly recommend stopping into The Green Spot Cafe for anyone visiting Ridgewood or who live in there and haven’t gone to this fine establishment as of yet.
The food and service from the owner Trinidad is 5 star, makes you feel at home . I ate the smoked salmon avocado and it was full of flavor . Delicious with a ginger tea or blood orange sanpellegrino . For breakfast . Served with cucumbers on the side and extra chipotle.
Had a wonderful brunch at this cafe - service and presentation was outstanding. Food was healthy and delicious. Highly recommended for a nice outing.
The best coffee ever in the town. And I'm so amazed about the Richwood sandwich specially. Also the worker are so friendly and they're known how to start your day with a big smile on face. Highly recommend this place guys.
God bless you. How are you doing? The cafe is amazing and it’s chill, I always come here to do my Bible reading and study. The owners are actually kind. The food is so great, I always order a strawberry banana smoothie and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The ice coffee here is actually good as well. God willing I always come here before going to the gym, and I think I may come here more.
