Nice coming back to check in and try their vegetarian dishes. Lunch specials were a good price, but the menu prices were dated so a star off for that. Papaya and Mango Smoothies were refreshing, the strawberry daiquiri was artificial. The fish steak teriyaki and beef with broccoli over brown rice we
I ordered the Sugar Cane Drumsticks and Roast Pork with cabbage, carrots and snap peas. Everything was delicious - however, I could have done without the mock duck fat on the mock roast duck. It was a gelatin/rubbery like consistency. Not sure who enjoys eating fat like that anyways. I did think the
Excellent Asian Vegan restaurant. The red curry with mock duck was filled with veggies. I was so full that I didn’t eat all the mock duck. The mock duck was flavorful as was the broth the veggies were in. The apple, pineapple and ginger juice was great. While I had my hand on it the server sugg
I’m so happy this place is in Queens. Now I don’t have to go to Teaneck or trek to Chinatown for vegan Chinese food. I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken, Fried Oyster Mushrooms and a seaweed soup. Everything was good but the mushrooms are the star of the show. I could eat them for breakfast, lunch a
Food was really good, definitely going to order from here again. First time I ever had mango chicken, I would recommend that. We also had the chicken teriyaki which was quite nice as well. They have a pretty wide variety of vegan options Update 3/16: Ordered the curry chicken lunch special and sesa
Yummy vegetarian Chinese spot, with tons of options that tasted very fresh. I got the Basil “chicken” which is sautéed with green beans and red peppers. Also got the scallion pancake, which was good but could’ve used more scallions. Overall a gem in the neighborhood, excited to go back!
I ordered out from this place. Got a chicken sandwich, or at least I thought I would. They gave me two different sandwiches (one I ate and one I saved for the next day’s lunch). What a pleasant surprise. Tasted solid. Plus I like the name of the restaurant 5 stars
I'm fond of this restaurant! It's become a regular spot for me, with my usual bi-weekly visits. The cuisine is truly delightful – so exquisite that it might make you wonder if it's vegan (a little inside joke). Almost everything on their menu is vegan, except for bubble tea, which is the sole except
They season this food crazy good. Got roasted duck, wonton soup, peking duck, sweet and sour chicken. I don’t even care for regular chinese take out, and dislike how oily and salty it can be sometimes— But they do it right. I have had some tragic vegetarian chinese dining experiences in Chinatown th
Wonderful HIT-W to which we will be returning again and again for their delicious vegan offerings. 🤤😋
By far my favorite vegan spot for takeout. They have everything and more you can dream of getting at your local Chinese/Japanese restaurant. I’ve been ordering here for a few years and everything is tasty, fresh and consistent. The roast pork fried rice is amazing, the pad kee mao is delicious, the
This place is a real gem! The salt and pepper king oyster mushrooms were out of this world! I can’t wait to try everything on the menu. The staff was very friendly even though we ordered right before closing, they easily accommodated my food allergy, and the food was absolutely incredible.
Great vegan food - very different to the other Chinatown vegan places. They do americanized Chinese food but vegan. They do it very well. I've only ordered takeout/delivery but we've tried a number of things on the menu and they've all been very good!
Very good lunch, The sugar cane drumsticks were delicious.
Food is great! We had the roasted fish, mango chicken and gen tso. Everything is very tasteful. The texture and flavor of the fish is amazing! Mango chicken was finished really quickly so here’s a pic of the fish and gen tso 😅 just make sure to take cash because they dont take card 🙂
Amazing vegan Chinese place! They have an extensive menu and a stellar lunch menu. For $7.50 you get a soup or spring roll and a meal. Where in the city can you get a vegan meal for that these days!? The food was great, though I have a friend that goes more regularly and he says some of the dishes c
Simply amazing very similar to my favorite restaurant in Teaneck NJ called veggie heaven. Must try the scallion pancakes with extra green onions on the side
