This McDonald's isn't bad. They remodeled the restaurant recently so it has a different design. Thanks to the remodel everything looks new. There is a pickup window for online orders otherwise place your order at the counter the traditional way. There is no drive thru here so you cannot grab your food and go without leaving your car unless you order online and bring someone with you to pick-up your food. They have kiosks here so you can order your meal if the line at the counter is long. Also this is one of the rare McDonald's that has a staff member who knows how to reload a McDonald's Arch card. Overall this McDonald's isn't bad if you are on Myrtle avenue by Wycoff avenue so stop on by if you are in the area just be advised that occasionally a bum may pop in to this McDonald's looking for money or a meal. It happens often here otherwise a very good McDonald's

Got the J balvin meal here. My one complaint ... it came with pickles! Also had to try the spicy nuggets lol still a fun meal overall IG- newyorkcitymunchies for more 📸

This particular McDonald’s on cooper Ave and myrtle ave always give you great tasting fries.

The place is clean, the service is slow sometimes, staff look like they not happy working there 🤷‍♀️it's was remodel a after covid. Esthetically pleasing.

They got my pick up order wrong (or it was wrong online). I went in and told them, they didn’t have the apple pie, but did give me cookies instead without a fuss.

Renovated nicely. Food fresh. One cashier female is not friendly just crabby. Rest of staff is excellent. Cleaning guy was really mopping the floors well seems to be a hard worker. Give him employee of the month. Today is june 6 2019 at 10:18am they changed the layout there doesn't seem to be the soda station anymore I'll post pics to the guy that gave 2 star cause he claimed the manager picked his nose then touched your cookie first of all I read you other 3 reviews of the lawyer and creamery you gave all 1 star maybe its you not them 2nd if manager picked nose you confront him man to man not post a review like a coward

Fresh food fast service. Absolutely nothing to complain about however I do have to say that they gotta do a better job on following instructions because I requested no pickles nor onions in my food but I found myself taking them out by hand while eating. Besides that everything else is perfect.!

This is an incredibly cute McDonald's, love the interior design. The staff is nice, and help you check out even at the kiosks. They have plenty of seating and the size is cafe-like but still spacious! Very modern, comfortable, air-conditioned. They make really good mocha fraps that still have a coffee taste. Their hashbrowns are also on point & and are a good amount of crunchy. There are also 2 exits which is important for fire hazards, etc. This is a poppin place for the neighborhood crowd and it's actually really nice to see.

5 stars for being open 24/7!! NY is the city that never sleeps, so... McDonald's is like... well, it's awesome they're open so much! I guess I'm ambivalent towards McDonald's as a corp, but the counter dude was nice when he told me it's open all night, NYE 2019!! 8:20p 🖤 \\ for my new Google Maps review of the same place, I'll say that I like the fact that it's open 24/7, but giant touch-screen ordering machines, they don't effing work at all set up. they're always missing the number that would go on the table, allegedly, I wouldn't know, because they say take a number but there are no numbers available...\\ in other words, f--- the robots 🤖 😉 jk jk (robot overlords, don't laser me Bros!!). but also, I wish the people working here were empowered and trained well enough to actually make the system work. I question whether McDonald's has enough smart people at its corporate headquarters, figuring out these complex systems using data and technology, enterprise software and point-of-service terminals. \\ because basically, I put 6 f'ing bucks into a machine that said it would give me a receipt, but didn't, and had to interact with staff that it couldn't or wouldn't help me. so I came real close to effing leaving after 20 wasted minutes...\\ NYers like me hate waiting ⌚ so... lame! #CorporateDisappointment \\ BUT WAIT. then I got the food! #CorporateLove ensued when I tasted those beautiful yummy 😋 burgers \\ but... then I realized... I used a touchscreen to specifically tell them I wanted unsweetened iced tea. yet they gave me Sweet Tea, just bc that's what most people order. talk about an expectancy bias. (I'm a #psychologist 🧠 who likes to humblebrag.) \\ in conclusion, got # Corporate Ambivalence 🤷
