We had pizza, chicken parmesan, and calamari. Everything was delicious and fresh. We ordered the flourless chocolate cake with ice cream. The waitress even put a candle on it to celebrate my friend's birthday.
The mussels in white wine and garlic sauce were delicious and a very generous portion. Some other comments said that the pizza is undercooked and I agree, ours would have been improved with another minute or so in the oven. Our server was very friendly and efficient.
Authentic! The ovens are imported from Italy. My wife's mother lives in Trieste and said that the pie is as good as she gets at home. They have a great selection of other entrées and appitizers too.
A Mano is simple, fast, and delicious. The dough is exceptional and I think about it for days after visiting. I have tried the Pistachio, the Margherita, the A Mano and the Broccoli & Sausage. Each are wonderful. Pies are about 12" and emulate the classic Neopolitan style.

This is the best pizza I have ever had! There are wood burning pizza ovens, right in the center of the restaurant, that are imported from Italy.
