There's a new lady idk her name I think Jenn or something. but she is so rude and mean. I came to the counter one morning because my iced oatmilk espresso had ice from the lid to the bottom of the cup but I requested light ice. Also it was a dark amber color and this drink is always very light (I get one every morning for the past 4 months). I told her it has too much ice and is very dark. She responds "so you want extra extra milk" and I'm like... No I want it come the way it always does. "So extra milk" she says and starts to make my drink. She showed me a blender thing and asked me if it had enough ice and I never saw that blender before I said yes I think. But after the drink was done it all melted so I had no ice at all, and instead of coffee she gave me a pearly white cup of oatmilk. I felt so shocked by her attitude I just left without a word. I don't want to get coffee the days she works.

Went to this Starbucks location when we were walking around in Downtown Ridgewood. Ordered two drinks that I often order. I wanted my husband to taste the new caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino because it is typically delicious. My husband had a few sips before stating that he was not a fan. I was quite surprised at this because he usually likes caramel and sweet drinks. I decided to try the Frappuccino and that's when I realized that it was not made correctly. It didn't have the crunchy pieces and tasted quite different than usual. The barista making the frappes had seemed a bit frazzled because she had just knocked over another Frappuccino so I figured she probably just accidentally confused some of the ingredients and brought it back to the counter to inquire about the drink being remade. I was very surprised when the manager gave me a hard time and then began explaining repeatedly that there was dark caramel in the bottom despite the fact that I had indicated to her that I had had the drinks several times and was familiar with the taste. With a poor attitude and behaving as if she was doing me a huge favor she said she could sprinkle some crunch on top. I said it wasn't about that, the drink was not made correctly. Finally and reluctantly she said she would remake the drink but at that point, frustrated and surprised, I said to keep it and left. She made me feel like I was trying to con her out of the five dollars, like some sort of con artist as opposed to an unhappy customer. What terrible customer service at what used to be such a great Starbucks location. Hopefully things improve.

I came a long way to get there to enjoy a cup of coffee made with their Clover machine.Then I am told that the Clover machine has been turned off for the evening.This was at 5:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. The counter person could not give me a rational explanation for why the machine was turned off.

Great customer service and great coffee! I love the people who work in the morning especially Mark he is the best! He remembers to give me a pup cup every time for my dog and he is just great with customers!

Regular Starbucks Quality - Poor customer service. Went there 45 minutes before closing, ordered the coffee and we ( 2 people) sit on the high table. They advised us they are closing in 45 minutes and we kindly advised we will leave 15 minutes prior to closing so they can do their closing job. 1 of the employees immediately started swiping the store push the dust everywhere and then started sweeping under our table. Then mopped the floor ( 30 minutes prior to closing) and ignoring us sitting on the table. She was even mopping under the table saying excuse me excuse me hitting the chairs with the mop Other people got in to the store and they told them they are closed ( 20 minutes before the closing time). As we told them we left 15 minutes prior to closing and that's when they suppose to sweep and mop. Customer service on its finest.

Rude customer service, the woman working the window was incredibly disrespectful. I’m a daily customer with Starbucks and I’m new to this area. Would have came back here a million times but this initial first encounter with this Starbucks completely made me give up Starbucks. I’ll never spend my money with your corporation again because of the lack of respect your employee shows. I work in the customer service environment and if one of my workers talked to a customer like this she would be fired.

Cozy starbucks that was recently renovated. Usually well staffed so not a crazy wait. Outdoor seating during warmer months. 4 instead of 5 because they need more seating inside and no free parking unless you come on a Sunday or before 10a since all of ridgewood is metered. Friendly staff.
