I ordered avocado toast. The left photo is their website and the right is what I received. When I called the girl that answered the phone said… you got what I website shows…. Actually not true and she didn’t care to make it right at all. Will never order from them again. Bad business.

Love Ridgewood Hot Bagels! Not only are the bagels delicious, but the owner is a generous donor to Ridgewood public schools. My husband and son start their days with Ridgewood Hot Bagels nearly every day. Thank you, Raj!

Very disappointing bacon egg and cheese bagel was inedible, the quality of the eggs and cheese was terrible, overcooked, the bacon was burned. I think they need to pay attention because they always had delicious food even if the service could be a little rude.

Wish they were nicer on the phone and put napkins in the bag. I've ordered from here a good amount of times and they never give napkins blows my mind.

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is the salmon cream cheese is good. This hard piece of bread is tough, flavorless and is supposed to be an everything bagel! Never going back.

They delivered the food to the wrong apartment and then made us go door to door looking for it instead of giving a replacement (which is crazy because we’re in the middle of a pandemic)by the time we found it the sandwich ordered was cold and had the wrong toppings.
