I admittedly have had a couple of bad experiences with this store however the Owner/Management have always righted the wrongs. I am fan of Papa Johns pizza so I always I keep going back 🤦🏼‍♂️😁. Ordered from the app for the first time on a Friday evening and was very impressed this go around. Deliver

Walk in and told 2 hour wait for 1 pizza. If it takes that long for a walk-in order you need to shut down and find another job

I ordered one large pepperoni pizza for delivery and was told about 45 minutes. Waited an hour to call back and ask where it was. They stated it would be another 30 minutes before they could get it out to me. I said that’s fine. Called back again an hour later because it still was not here TWO HOURS

Ordered thru the app, right as I get there, it says ready, which is normally the case. I’m told by some teenager with no customer service skills that it’ll be like 5 minutes. After about 20, still no pizza. I was told they’re training some new folks. All I saw was a bunch of kids playing around!

Always good. Always consistent. I don't really like chain pizzerias but papa John's is an exception. They are delicious.
