We always order pretzels from here for work (HD) they are awesome!!!! Always so polite and this last time they even were walking the boxes to my car before I even got out of the car!!!! The pretzels are always fresh!!!!
My favorite! We always grab the box crowd pleaser for work that comes with mustard - we love the spicy however today they suggested the honey mustard and I don't know why I waited so long to try it! Every employee is so nice and the pretzels are always warm & fresh!
Always quick service and great pretzels
Pretzels are as close to real Philly soft pretzels as you can get. Much better than Wawa's as theirs are too doughy. Only complaint I have is that they're isn't any consistently to the pretzels. Not always hot, and I've had to send back burnt ones a few times. Just keep an eye on them when u order..
I picked a small box of pretzel rivets. Their system supposedly doesn't work with the Philly Pretzel Factory's rewards system.
Only gave 4 stars because I'm not a fan. ..pretzels are ok...inexpensive. ..but just ok. I guess they are good, because people are constantly buying them.
It's nice that you can go in and buy just 1 without having to buy a bushel. The price is right too; $1.
Great soft pretzels. The staff is super friendly and the party trays are always a big hit.
The best thing about this location is that the honey mustard is free to use while you are in the store and to put on your pretzel before you leave.
Great pretzels and rivets! Lots of turnover, so you're almost guaranteed to get them warm from the oven.
Service is incredible and the employees are very friendly which makes waiting if you have to at all ?? Not so bad
