In the beginning of my order at the drive thru, Elliott made me feel so welcomed. His intro statement “ Welcome back to Popeyes” oh my goodness! I was at Popeyes in Texas the other day and it felt so personable! He got the order correct and read the order correctly back to me! It was 10am in the morning and I was eating fried chicken for breakfast and I didn’t feel judged lol! Thanks Elliott! I’ll be back!
I went to Popeyes about 6:40 and I noticed that it was an upset customer came into the store and there was a gentleman by the name of Kevin waited on her to resolve her issue I highly recommend him to be put in management if he's not in management he was very patient and friendly way to go Kevin.
