Always a treat going here. Delicious shakes and ice cream. A shame they always only have one person working here at a time. When it gets busy, I’m sure it can be hectic for just one person.
So many frozen choices will give you a brain freeze before you put a spoon in your mouth.
Very good ice cream but I would recommend going to their website and make up your mind ahead of time and always have a backup flavor in case they are out of your first choice. People are friendly and service oriented.
What's not to love about Ralph's? It's well priced and per serving lower in calories than ice cream. Flavors are intense. Great to grab as a treat while walking around Main Street or after a local dinner.

I wanted an Italian Ice and they had sooooo many flavors. The PASSION FRUIT water ice was amazing! Sweet but not too sweet.
When I'm out in Riverhead visiting I will definitely be back for another water ice.
Awesome place!! The new owners are so so sweet and professional. Very accommodating as I am a picky person. They gave me samples and suggestions and didn't mind the fact that I took awhile to finally decide what I wanted. great location great staff I'll def be coming back!!
Great staff. Clean, friendly, fast service. Love the benches inside and outside. Most Ralph's do not have anywhere to sit, but this one is cozy.

OMGOSH, this location is so clean and inviting, not to mention the variety of flavors!!! The manager, who was working, was so friendly and nice. i definitely will return for another great flavor!
Tons of flavors and their custard is crazy good. Bring cash, there's a fee for credit card purchases under $10.
Great flavors of ice cream, especially the coconut and passion fruit ones, the service is always excellent too.
My sis and I stopped in today and the owner and staff were really friendly..and the ices were delicious 😋
You get to try different ice creams and the workers there are very nice and friendly... I recomend this place.👍🏼
Have a variety of selection of Stuff Plus candy prices are good staff is always helpful just sad they're closed during winter
Pricey but the kid working the counter was great to my kids and the ice cream is good.
