I don't work for this company but they tell me to put hand sanitizer on before they will sell me frozen yogurt. How bout you put it on yourself and not worry about my personal hygiene. Will never spend a dime in this store again. I wash my hands. Hope this isn't done in other locations
Most yogurts they were out of. The place is super super dirty. It looks like nothing had been wiped down in months. I was confused since it had an A rating . Staff was fine they were as helpful as they could be . My yogurt had an odd after taste like metal. Most likely will never go back just too
Not a lot of topping options and you can’t scoop yourself. Wouldn’t be a huge deal if the worker was at least semi happy to be there. I understand not loving your job, but being rude for no reason isn’t necessary. The girl working Saturday night was awful for no reason.

I will not be back. They do not allow customers to use the bathroom and expect customers to do the sanitizing that is a normal part of good customer service. This is not kid friendly.
We came here yesterday. Worst customer service. 2 girls working there, they were so sad and did not want to be there.
No bathroom, No Sanitizer, No napkings, No credit card acceptance, No sample cup!

I absolutely love the yogurt here. The customer service was everything. The lady with the glasses was super helpful to my mom and I. Truly an experience I’ll never forget. Thank you so much.
