Soo good. Had steak phone and chicken Pho with pork belly buns. The girl with the blue hair gave great service, nice to see at such a young age these days. She is a keeper! We will be back!

Love the food, the service, and the ambience! I've had several dishes and I have not yet been disappointed. The staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant itself has a very chilled out ambience. Highly recommend.

This place is new and worth trying. I went their with my colleagues for lunch. The ambience is really nice and lively. Having a background in design I can tell that the restaurant has been decorated with care. People are really friendly. We had some questions about some of the items and they replied very nicely. l ordered a lunch special. Loved the soup, however, they may want to cut the chickens in a bit smaller pieces. I had cashewnut chicken for the main course. Which was really good in quantity and quality. I'll be frequenting the restaurant in future for sure.

I've worked as a line cook in a Pho kitchen before therefore I would have the most says about a Pho restaurant. The process of making a bowl of pho is simple, quick boil the pho, place brisket, steak, scallions, onions and cilantro on the pho depending on the item difference, and lastly pour boiled hot soup onto everything. Now with Ocean Pho, walking into the restaurant it smelled a little weird and I know what it smells like. The servers are actually really nice and probably nearby students, they understand English very well unlike the other pho restaurant down the street which often messes up orders. I ordered #5 and Fried Wings, no sizes available for the pho, one honorable mention is unlike other pho restaurants, the briskets in Ocean Pho are Thick Cut! Often times pho restaurant would slice the brisket so thin and stack them together (3-4 slice for regular size, 5-6 slice for large size), Ocean Pho just opened so as of now they have thick cuts and the briskets taste exceptional. The wings are clean and thoroughly cooked, the size isn't small neither. The first thing I would want better is the soup, it is not as hot as it should be, an important part of pho is its sides, bean sprouts, jalapeno, lime, and basil. If the soup is not hot enough then it will not properly continue to cook the sides when they are poured into the bowl. The restaurant I've worked for usually kept the soup continuously boiled during lunch and dinner hours. The soup I had tasted like simmered soup. One other thing is you have to ask for a soup spoon(plastic), that's just abnormal. The wings' breading kept some oil in there, therefore, it tastes a little oily but it is also quite tender, I wonder if a different kind of breading would make a difference. The smell probably came from the waste cart placement. And yes, the food preparation time is really slow for a pho restaurant, when I got seated there were only four other customers, have to wait for bout 5~10 minutes for my pho, back to the beginning, when I was a line cook, the pho making process was set to 30 secs per bowl(specialty soups will take longer because soup needs to be heated up).
