The bartenders are great, the food is not consistent and the bathrooms are always disgusting. We go to watch football because it's the closest to our home. I have pointed out issues to managers who generally are accommodating but the bathroom has never gotten better.
Worst experience ever. Nasty place, food was bad and they take forever to cook your food. Plus, it is so expensive. Fries and wings taste nasty and they were old (hard). Ordered pickup and order was to be ready at 8:40 pm. Stood in restaurant for 30 minutes to get order and it came out at 9:10. I asked to see the manager. Counter person went to back and came back and said the manager is busy and can't come out. She said they only have two people in the kitchen. Said
This was an interesting visit. No one was at the hostess podium to seat us if we were trying to eat in and no one was at the take out counter to assist. It took me ten minutes of waking people down to get serviced.
