The drive up was super busy as any Chick-fil-A is between 11.30 am -3.30 pm. We were traveling with our Belgian Malinois. So the wife had gone in to save time. The food was excellent as expected, however neither of us got the fries that came with our meals.
Tried redeeming a reward and they didn't even put the order in. We asked the person taking our order if it went through and she simply said you'll see when you pay then when we asked the person who took our payment if it went through she said yes. Honestly the best service we have ever had in a fast food restaurant. We had to wait a short time for a chicken dish and received a cookie and brownie for the really very short wait. They even apologized for it. Really an exceptionally nice and good service!
