My husband ordered a sausage and egg combo, a sausage and egg biscuit and a sausage biscuit. We got to the car and opened it up we had 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and the sausage biscuit. He had to go back inside and trade the order for the correct one. He wasn't a happy camper.
Hardee's is a great place for breakfast, which is what we had. My only complaint is that it would have been nice if the coffees were prepared with the cream and sugars before they pass through the window. Manager is EXTREMELY RUDE! Constantly speaking over me so she couldn’t hear how to correct our order correctly and her attitude was horrid. I understand this is a stressful time, but if you would listen it wouldn’t have taken 3 times to get the order correct. Don’t YELL at your employees on the line
