Dairy Queen In Roanoke - Roanoke - Photo album

Didn't get what I ordered. Took it bk inside. The manager had the cook come talk to me. He gave me two coupons for free meals. At least I though it was when I went bk to use them the very nice girl explained I couldn't use them because it was for just getting a free Sunday.? And no manager is still
So two of the chicken tenders were only 2 inches long. Onion rings were so over cooked I could hardly bite into them. We got 2 combos and it was $27.00. Very slow service.
We love Dairy Queen but the hamburgers have changed. Patties are more like soy burgers instead of real ground beef. The Cook Out is much better & has real hamburgers like you'd make on the grill at home.
I have to say y'all probably the best dairy Queen I've been to in a long time. The food was hot and fresh and the cashier was very friendly. Definitely will be back again sometime soon.
Horrible service. I ordered a cake online for my son's graduation and had a confirmation. I went to the store only to see a sign on the door with the date (may 25th) saying that no one was there due to low staffing. We had no cake for my son's party bc of this. I then called the store multiple times
Was greeted with “Welcome to Wendy’s” and I proceeded to order the $7 Cheeseburger meal with a drink and sundae and a regular blizzard. The guy repeated back my order and then we got to the window to find out only rang us up for the 2 for $5 so they hand me a Sprite, sundae, and a small blizzard… I
Heres an idea, take "lobby now open" off of the sign by the road if the lobby isnt open, literally the slowest drive thru ive ever sat in
They were VERY short staffed… The manager was doing a fine job, and he was not getting impatient or stressed out! We heard him tell someone that he was gonna do the best with what he had… We need more managers like that!
