We love it here.. the service is typically well above par, there is some personnel turn over but service and food is worth the 5 star rating.. have been to other locations, but this one is the best..
Also if you're in the mood for lobster .. skip the other "red" place .. much tastier here...

Had twin lobster tails and shrimp on the barbie...extremely delicious! And the waiter was very friendly and helpful.
The one we go to is on point for lunch, been there many times and always leave happy.

I love the Outback Steakhouse my favorite is the coconut fried shrimp cheesy fries with bacon and ranch dressing all my God it is great keep doing what y'all doing I love it and I love that y'all remodeled the place keep up the good work
Food and service was excellent!! Our bartender Bill was attentive and very pleasant. Our server Cat was excellent! The food was also very good I didn't care for the sautéed mushrooms but I didn't realize their was onions with them.

The food was great ! my prime rib is perfect delicious , we love this place.
Upon arrival I was warmly greeted & seated right away. Melissa my waitress was very nice and made sure that I was satisfied during my dinner. The food was pretty good and served quickly, my only complaint would be the music (they should be more diverse). Other than that I definitely recommend.

4$ house beer, 5$ fosters, great waitress (thanks Melanie), 35$ porterhouse steak with two sides, 21$ salmon, 8$ kids burger with fries, 7$ cocktails, ... i could go on and on (not to forget the fondue and and and ....) - in three words: the place to be! Amazing atmosphere, kids friendly, super diverse, nicely decorated ..... . I am the highest rated tour guide in NYC and do make sure to bring my Olidaytours guests to New Jersey and from now on I will make sure to tell them not to only go shopping at Garden State Plaza, but to also go and enjoy what I got to enjoy now for a couple of times at the Outback Steakhouse on Route 17!
I would even go that far and say, that it is worth it for tourists from Europe, my clients from Germany, ... to take an Uber out to the Outback, and back again. Just make sure if you do go, to say hello from Olidaytours and ask for Melanie, the amazing waitress .......
Excellent steaks, excellent seasonings, excellent potatoes, excellent desserts. Their blood orange margarita with black lava salt was amazing, and their steakhouse mac and cheese is a cut above and clearly made with love. Our waitress tended to us and served us all very quickly, even on a holiday where the restaurant was packed and the wait was a little longer. And the manager and staff were all very cordial, friendly, and accommodating to the disabilities of one of my party members. It was a warm and friendly experience that I'm not normally used to receiving from other steakhouses or chain restaurants (or even other Outbacks). I'll be coming back here a lot.
We celebrated my mom's birthday just yesterday there and had a great time. Food was great as usual. Our server, Joe was amazing. He started out by telling us he was new and still learning. But that did not stop him, he had a great attitude and did everything very well. Thank you again Joe! My mom had a great time.
Our dining experience was great tonight because of our server, Faith! She was the most attentive and so friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed from the start of our meal to the very end! Faith was so terrific that we even told the Manager (who was so professional and friendly too!) It is rare to get good service these days and Faith was exceptional! When we return, we will request her section for sure! What a pleasure it was to dine out for a change.
I had a fantastic experience at Outback recently. My waitress was the sweetest person. She just made it a pleasant time. My food was cooked perfectly as ordered and my drinks were great. Nothing fancy but good nonetheless. Overall a great meal and even better service. Thank you Melanie. You made the experience a great one.
Impeccable service!!!! I love Outback Steakhouse’s food & this locations staff was extremely friendly & served us well! I had the pleasure of having Brooke as our waitress tonight! What a sweet girl! Brooke made sure she was on top of bringing the drinks & bread right away (the bread is my favorite.. I could eat a loaf to myself😝) & I always order a sirloin & it was cooked to perfection! Usually I have to send it back but I told Brooke that im extremely picky & she made it a point to make sure I got just what I ordered!!! Again I am very pleased and will for sure be returning again!
