Food is so delicious and the service is the best. The lobster ravioli and the pear and fennel salad with shrimp are my favorites. Oh, and the pizza too.
been to this restaurant several times and never once had a bad meal or experience. Food, atmosphere, waiter, waitress, hostess all super nice. I have tried a few different appetizers and a few different dishes. I think my favorite so far is the benucci pasta. I would highly recommend this if you want a causal Italian medium priced restaurant. By The Way my whole family was with us on this last visit and they all liked it and wanted try the place out for some time and glad they did.
Despite being busy we were well taken care of. Allison our waitress was great and the food was delicious. Thank you!!
Always a great place to go before or after the movies next door. Get the lasagna!!!
We called 4 hours before service with reservation for 15....had a great experience, terrific waitress and awesome food!!...not 1 complaint from anyone!! On our next visit to Pittsford, we will be back!
Christine was so accommodating to all our needs for the Anniversary party we celebrated there on 8/6. Guests all loved the buffet. Thank you!!
Food was very good and the price was right, probably did not matter because we were alone together and having a great night. It was our anniversary.
Love Benuccis!!! The food is amazing!!!
Benucci‘s Italian restaurant in Pittsford New York is a comfort oasis. Benucci’s combine the best of Italian comfort food (pizza and pasta) along with a comfortable setting.
The Italian food goes down, oh so easily and produces a satisfying sensation. The restaurant affords a great opportunity for conversation.
The portions are satisfying and the cost is reasonable.
We enjoyed the specialty cocktails with the Peppermint White Russian and the Chocolate Raspberry Martini. The Chocolate Raspberry Martini is perfection of blending the raspberry flavor of Chambord with the sweet flavor of chocolate syrup.
Sweet Heaven!
Chicken Parmesan. Wheat pasta optional (+$1)
Chicken is crispy, I believe.
Italian nachos were superdelicious. Service was prompt and friendly. I ordered pesce diavolo. Diavolo means spicy. There was not a hint of heat in my dish. The scallops had no sear and were mushy. The shrimp tasted frozen. And the mussels... there were chunks of broken shell in the dish, and they did not taste very fresh. And to top it all off, the whole dish was wading in pasta water.
I've been here a few times before and generally the food is great. The pizza's are amazing. The pesce diavolo is not.
My friend and I met for dinner at Benucci's on a Wednesday night. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, and my friend ordered a shrimp salad. I really appreciated being able to choose from two different sizes! I ordered the smaller size, and it was plenty. I like it when I get warm, grilled chicken on the salad instead of it being cold, which they did. Both of us enjoyed our meal, which also came with rolls. The service was quick, yet no one hurried us either. I would absolutely recommend trying it!
I had the pleasure of dining here recently, and I must commend the outstanding service provided by my server, Elaine. Her attentiveness and professionalism greatly enhanced my dining experience.
The wood-fired chicken wings I ordered were a delightful culinary experience, perfectly combining flavors and textures. Additionally, the creme brulee was a decadent and satisfying conclusion to the meal. In fact, every dish I sampled was delicious, showcasing the culinary prowess of the kitchen.
I left the restaurant absolutely satisfied, not only with the delectable cuisine but also with the exceptional service provided by Elaine. It truly contributed to an overall amazing dining experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.
Great Italian place with generous portion sizes. Not exactly cheap, but I especially recommend the creme brulee!
The food came out WICKED fast and the service was great. It was just the food that lacked, achieving only mediocrity
Quaint little restaurant in the Trader Joe's plaza with a really nice quiet atmosphere. I had the Italian Margarita and it was pretty delicious. Never had kiwi syrup in a drink before. We started with the fried risotto, which is basically arancini. The blush sauce paired with the pesto on top really made this dish. The risotto itself was well cooked, and had cheese stuffed in. Great appetizer to get the meal going. Wife had the minestrone that she said was perfect, and really filled her soup craving. As always, I had the Cesar salad, and while a little overdressed, it wasn't overpowering. I would get it again. Entrees were the vodka penne for the wife, and I had the mushroom ravioli and added chicken. Wife said hers was good, but it wasn't spicy as mentioned in the menu. She was saving room for dessert, so didn't eat as much. I, however, couldn't stop, and joined the clean plate club. The ravioli themselves were tender and so flavorful, in the light pesto cream sauce. Mix that all together with the spinach, artichokes, and tomatoes, and this dish was spectacular. Our waitress did not get it wrong when she recommended it. For dessert, I got the apple crostada, and wife got the creme brulee. This was the only negative of the night - way too much caramel sauce on both. The creme brulee literally had a pool of it on top that she scraped most of it off. Similarly, mine was swimming in it. It really took away from both desserts. Also, the bread and butter was fantastic. Our server was very friendly, and did a great job balancing all her tables.
Sorry there aren't more pictures.
I had low expectations, thinking this was yet another Italian American restaurant named B____ci's. It was surprisingly very good. I got the short ribs, and they totally delivered. My wife got the mushroom raviolis and they were tasty. Nice selection of affordable wines. Great cocktails (and we didn't have to provide a recipe for a Negroni, like so many other so-called Italian restaurants). Swift, courteous, and attentive service. We'll be back.
My husband and I both got salad takeout and soup for our daughter. The owner took our order at the front desk, and said it would be about 15 minutes. He was very pleasant friendly and helpful. The food was ready in less than 15 minutes which was a nice surprise. We took the food home and everything was delicious and prepared as ordered. I would recommend this restaurant and I would go there again.
The food was good, the lasagna was great. The ravioli could be better.
An awesome place for lunch! Get the salad and pasta deal. I like the tomato cream sauce and a Ceasars salad. The pasta is always cooked just right, not chewy and not mushy. Big portions, awesome service.
The restaurant is nice. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. The food was okay. I ordered the pizza. It was a little bland but not bad. I don't regret going, but I don't think we're going to make this one of our regular stops.
We love this place! Consistent great food and service! A must go! There isn’t a bad dish on the menu.
Fantastic classic menu with wide variety. Eggplant Parm was delicious. Very large portion at a reasonable price. I ate at the bar. Service was friendly and prompt. I'd recommend and I'll be back.
Great place for great food and a great atmosphere. We always have very nice waitresses! We even like the type of customers that eat here. We have always enjoyed everything that we have ordered.
