One of our favorite local ice cream shops in town! This time I got a chocolate cone dipped in rainbow sprinkles. It can be quite messy, but the ice cream is amazing and worth it! Their take-home treats are also very good, especially the chip wheel.
Truly a great place to find custard ice cream! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Never a long wait time and there is a point system when purchasing

The sundaes we ate were good and we would return. It's slightly pricey for what you're getting but a nice treat during our visit to Rochester.
Dropped in for a strawberry milkshake. Limited flavors of frozen custard. The milkshake was made with vanilla custard and strawberry syrup.

Good frozen custard. A little on the pricey side. Was a little put off when the kid working weighed the custard in the cup. Overall pretty good.
Only had 3 flavors but I came in for vanilla anyway. Ice cream was so soft and tasty. Highly recommend.

Always love it,and always say please let us not go here again.The custard is so rich, I cqn barely eat a baby cone - their dairy free is good as well. Haven't met a single flavour which wasn't delicious and despite my best efforts manages to be a near weekly event in summer 😋

What glorious taste treats! They offer nearly perfect chocolate custard and make their own waffle cones! Any time we are in Rochester, summer or winter, we look for an excuse to satisfy ourselves at Abbott's.
Extra delicious pumpkin spice milk shake and staff who seem to enjoy their job

The girls who work at this Abbott's location are just lovely! They are kind, patient, thorough, and friendly. The shop is impeccably clean and well organized. Indoor and outdoor seating available. If you are looking for a night out with your family, come to this location for a well-loved local favor
The milk shakes here are the second best I've had in New York (the top prize going to Jones Humdinger in Binghamton). They have an excellent, diverse menu and great flavors. We visit each time we're in Rochester. Very, very highly recommend.
