Panera Bread - Rochester - Photo album

Was out of bread bowl. Cashier threw our bagels on the counter and they almost hit the floor. Food was tasty. Place was clean.
Panera bread is a unified whole, from walk-in to sit down, it's calibrated to get in line, or do a kiosk, watch a digital screen of your servicing order, with an assembly line of staff drawing from both prepared and fresh to cook, I just watch customers carry their trays, and I haven't yet thought p
Service here and staff are beyond nice and helpful. It's Panera food is good, but I had a bundle of kids, and the staff was so helpful
Very nice vibes, enjoyed every visit

Great food, great people, sadly, an insufficient ratio of booths to table seating (only two four top booths?).
It's fine. The seating and service is much better than other Panera locations, but the table we sat at obviously hadn't been seriously cleaned in a while. The drink machine also wasn't fully working when we were there, but it's OK.
I have always liked going here. Their dark roast coffee is very good, and the egg and bacon souffles are delicious. I went and bought a baker's dozen of bagels this morning, and everyone was very friendly and very helpful. And the bagels were very good. I'll be back.
Yummy. My sister and I got the strawberry salad and it was so very delicious, highly recommend.
We have gone here so many times and have never had a problem. Always quick and delicious! That said the bathrooms are very small and in an awkward place with people picking up their food. It can seem squished with the number of tables they cram into some of the spaces.
