The wings were fantastic. Came here late night after coming into Rochester for a concert. Would visit again. Bonus: Alex (cashier/cook) is a cool guy and makes awesome suggestions.
The deep dish pizza is all you need to know! It takes up to an hour and a half to get, but so worth it. They also have home made potato chips you should get!

I stopped in for a couple of slices at 9:30 PM on a Sunday night and I'm sure glad I did. It was my first time there and I thought the slices were great. The sauce is sweeter than most pizza places and I really liked it. I'm definitely going back in the near future.
Great Food. Crazy good pizza and wings. They greet you on the phone with "Chester Cab World Famous Pizzeria" and to tell you the truth they might be right. If you are looking for a great meal, this is the pizza to have. We have them 2 times per week and we love it. Their staff is great and the handmade pizza looks as good as it tastes. Their sauce is amazing and the toppings look fresh. Try their Stuffed Pizza to experience real food. The breaded wings are so tasty, I can eat 20 by myself. i have orderred delivery several times and have not been disapointed. The food is hot and the driver pleasant. I guess they are working on adding some inside seating so I can't wait to sit inside and have a bite in the warm shop.

Some of the Best!!!!. The deep dish we ordered was some of the best pizza I've had for a while. I ordered mine to pick up because we are two blocks from the end of there delivery zone.Thats a disappointment but not there pizza.This way also we figure would eliminate the possibility of getting a cold pizza as I read a few complaints from those delivered to some instead of picking it up. It was all we could do to eat a small one and me and my Mrs. are hungry and big eaters so thats saying something. I'll come back again and recommend this place highly New Note:The place seems to get the orders mixed up sometimes.When they get it right though,they get you the best I had since I had as a child in Italy.And so I guess if you want the best you gotta some times put up with a few hits or misses on perfection.Now I heard they got a new owner or manager.So perhaps the past can be behind them.Oh yeah,when we told them about the mix up,they gave us a deal of a free one next time.And they made good.As far as there deep dish pizzas go,I find the saucier the better.I thought they had gotten the order wrong again,but it was so good that I just didn't care.Once I had the perfect pizza,I was hooked. I heard also they are affiliated with Sticky Lips Bar B Q. the order issue then makes perfect sense.
Great Pizza!. We stopped in and ordered two Pizzas and 20 Wings with sweet and sour sauce. Everything was very good! We will definitely be back!
REALLY terrible service, but the food is good. Their salads are fresh, the subs are layered perfectly, and the chocolate cake is heavenly. Their pizza, on the other hand, is inconsistent.

Good pizza!. We ordered pizza on a Friday night and picked it up to avoid any delivery delays. The pizza was hot and tasty. I enjoyed the crust and it was also good left over the next day and the day after that. I like the variety of toppings and crust styles they offer (we got traditional).
Hell yes!. I love Chester Cab. Been going there since I moved to Rochester in 2003. I have since moved to Spencerport and still make the 20min trip to get Chester Cab pizza, because it is the best around. Usually stick to their Extra large or Chicago stuffed.
Some of their staff could be a bit friendlier, but in my opinion, the food is worth it. Also, sometimes you will wait for your food as they are quite busy on the weekends. Once you have it, you will know why.
WINGS. The BBQ wings here are phenomenal, although I have to say that I hate the price. The pizza isn't my favorite, but my husband loooooves it.
Slices are great, inexpensive, and oh so convenient. If I'm ever feeling a bit peckish and in the mmod for something simple, Chester Cab is a great place to stop. I like both their NY-style slices and their Chicago-style pies. They have plenty of non-pizza offerings too, but I think pizza is the only thing I've ever gotten. Their pizza isn't ambrosia, but it's very good, reasonably-priced, and very convenient if you live in the neighborhood.
Very sweet. The sauce is too sweet...that's what drew me in the sauce!
Easily among the best pizza in Rochester. Delicious unique offerings like the Bulgarian pizza, with Feta cheese better then I had in Crete. Stuffed pizza as good as Chicago deep dish I had at Exchequer. Owner is an amazing and unique immigrant with entertaining stories, and very friendly. Highly recommend also the chips and wings!
Today I finally have my 1st Chicago deep dish pizza and chicken wings, now the chicken wings!!! disappointed they need to cooked them longer for a golden color they was so pale however the Chicago Deep Dish Pizza if that's the way that is supposed to taste I give you a 10 out of 10

The pictures don’t do this justice. Let’s just say the sheet pizza and Chicago deep dish were so good that I forgot to take pictures until it was all but demolished. Excellent! Sweet savory sauce combined with the gooey cheese and crunchy crust. Chef kiss!

I went here for my birthday a few years ago and had an awesome birthday dinner! The pizza and all their specials are amazing. The last time we ordered was their famous Chicago Style Pizza. And it was extremely filling and full of cheese and sauce. 10/10.
This was my first time visiting Chester Cab Pizza. I walk Park Ave every day and its been on my list to try. When I visited yesterday I was greeted by relaxed and friendly staff - all of which who were happy to chat while I waited.
What I didn't realize was that I'd fallen right in the center of a calzone banking stand off! The staff offered for us to try their calzones and choose which one of the staff made it best! It was a fun game, we got to know the staff a little more, and the calzone was probably the best I'd ever tasted in Rochester.
Everything was delicious, including the Greek pizza I ordered. I will definitely be going back!
I'm always curious when I see Chicago style pizza outside of Chicago. I've encountered some interesting takes over the years.
This is a place that really gets it right. The crust is good the sauce is amazing. The acid in the sauce in perfectly balanced something that is lacking in many sauces currently.
The service is very good especially considering how busy the store is constantly.
If you want something simple and fried late night this place does the job at an affordable price with their appetizers and non pizza menu items.
It's the 4th of July and everyone is closed. I ordered a large white garlic pizza and it reaffirmed my faith in local pie. Thank you so much y'all for being open and having me today!
I've never had a real deep dish pizza, I have made cheese cake though. The deep dish here is comparible to a 12" cheese cake in size and depth... except its pizza, and tastes really good. Be prepared to wait for it, it understandably takes slightly over an hour to make but it is well worth the wait. I can't speak for the regular pizza made here but if it uses the same cheese and sauce its gotta be delicious.
I really only like going there when Justin is working. (The guy with dreads) he makes amazing pizza and he always looks out if there's a mistake. 10/10 recommend treating yourself to some pizza from the cab....15/10 recommend if Justin is working.

Any suggestions as to what toppings are best for the deep dish style?
They give you a generous slice of pizza for $3. They only had a choice of pepperoni or Buffalo chicken. I also got a 2-liter bottle of soda for $2.50. I found the pizza sauce a little too sweet. The pizza is thin-crust and the edges were burnt. They have outside seating and we sat outside while we watched the Gay Pride Parade.
Chester cab has been my favorite pizza within the city limits for years. They have a solid deep dish. Be sure to order directly from their own website or order by phone to get the best price. They are higher on pizza or delivery apps to make up for the loss they take by being available on 3rd party
I don’t know why this place is rated so low. The guys are nice as hell and the pizza is awesome. Definitely a place to try.
Me and my friends were looking to get some food and stopped by here. There was lots to order on the menu and the workers were really fun and respectful with us! They really seemed to know their stuff and gave us an ETA so our food would all be hot and ready together. Once we received our pizzas, we were not let down whatsoever. Tasted great and was generously filling. Would definitely visit again for pizza!
