Sooo yummy! The Napoli panini is delicious. I added balsamic glaze on it at home and it made it even better!
Our visit to this location was based off of a recommendation from two persons local to the area who said that it would be the best food we had ever had... they were NOT wrong. Everything he tried was absolutely delicious - chicken quesadilla, chicken cutlet panini, burger, and the cheesecake. I have never had a better panini in my life. Looking forward to eating here again next time I'm in Rochester.
Felt the need to leave a review after my lunch today. I order fairly regularly (3-4 times in the past 4 months) and the food has always been delicious. Today I ordered my food through Postmates, but since the restaurant does their own delivery I was unable to see the tracking info. I was expecting the food to come between 12:10-12:30 and I was expecting a phone call because that was my preference on Postmates. The driver arrived early and left the food outside of my office and shot me a text letting me know where it was, because they cannot see your Postmates preferences, but I was working and did not see the text until I checked my phone wondering where the food was a little after 12:30. By the time I got out there, someone had taken my food. I called and was met with apologies and they said they would send over more food. About 15 mins after that someone came to the office and knocked on the door saying someone was trying to take this food but they stopped them. The food was unopened so I called the restaurant back to let them know I actually got the food, but they insisted on sending hot food that they knew had not been tampered with. It came in a few minutes and they included a free order of cheesecake as well. The customer service is the best I have seen from a business, and it helps that their food is a 10/10 as well. Will continue to rave about this place to those that will listen! Thank you Park Ave Paninoteca!
The delivery fee is so low it was so nice to be able to just order and not worry about all the charges adding up. My food was delicious, the delivery was super fast. Will definitely order again! The perfect lunch for work.
Absolutely love ordering from the Paninoteca boys! Always amazing food and excellent service. The owners and staff are very kind and genuine people who care very much for making your food experience joyful. My go-to are the arancini meat and the spinach and cheese filled appetizers as well as several orders of their rapini (bitter greens cooked in olive oil and garlic). I can’t get enough of it! I LOVE IT! One of the only places that make rapini as a side order. The last time I ordered, I tried their Nutella covered cream puff dessert called Bianco e Nero. WOW, so light and delectable! Not usually a dessert orderer but this is one I would order over and over. Highly recommend Park Ave Paninoteca! I love these guys and their food is amazing!
I was responsible for a catering order for my sons college lacrosse team that was traveling to Rochester to play SJFC. The meal and set up was second to none. Delivery was on time, everything piping hot, and Tom, the owner, set up the buffet line perfectly. Wish this restaurant was close to my home near NYC, it would be frequented often. Fed 60 players and coaches at the hotel where they were staying with ease. Everyone ate their fill and all had seconds.

One of my FAVORITE places to order from. The Mac and cheese is outstanding. I get it buffalo style with grilled chicken. The Ceasar salad is the best I've ever had and their arancini is fantastic. I order here so much it's THAT good. And the managers are excellent. Grubhub has not delivered once and the managers went out of their way to help me and it wasn't even their fault. Highly recommend. Also my order took 10 minutes to make... both times today. Super fast and delicious
I don't know how I haven't been here before now! Best panini I've ever had for sure. I got the Vincenzo which seems to be a special that never leaves. This is will be a new staple place for me without question!
ordered here through doordash for the first time and it was fantastic! i got a generous portion of penne & meat sauce that was yummy. there was even a free bag of chips in with my meal. i’ll definitely be ordering again!

I had the Vincenzo Panino and it was amazing. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I highly recommend this place.
I don't ever leave reviews, mostly because I can't be bothered.. but Park Ave Paninoteca deserves all the raves! Their panini's were amazing! Full of flavor and not overpriced. Will definitely continue to support this place.
I'm not going to oversell this place. I don't have to. The food speaks for itself. Nice guys, Fast service. Easy to order on the website. You can even have a pint at Murphy's while you wait and they'll bring it to you when your order is complete. I wish I could give them more stars
I just ordered for my fourth time and every time the food is on point and the delivery is perfect. We've ordered the Mac and cheese and the Greek salad on each order and they're both amazing.
Loved this. True Italian and it was amazing. Inside Murphys law and hard to find in the dark but worth it in results. Tried samples of many items and all were great. Was surprised Italian Mac n cheese was an Alfredo but I get it when I tried the dish. It will my new Italian go to!!
A great catering experience! I ordered lunch for 25ppl and from order to delivery, everything was wonderful. Tom was amazing to work with, so helpful, responsive and kind. Will be ordering from them again soon!
Holy cow! The turkey panini was amazing—you could taste both the avacado and pesto in the aioli and it accented the turkey and bacon well. The Bianco e Naro… surpassed what I expected and is probably the best desert I have had in ages both in taste and texture.
Only drawback: I wish they had let me choose the flavor of chips I got with my order (delivery). Definitely not a dealbreaker.
