I always come here and order the chicken finger plate with baked beans, home fries, meat sauce, onions and ketchup.. and it always a really good meal. Definitely recommend. You can even order delivery which I have done in the past. Great service and company!

I called in a order for small pep and some chicken wings late Saturday night..The pizza was very good and the wings we're huge and tasty.Its nice to know good service great food and a smile is still in style here...I highly recommend this place..sign your friendly Uber/Lyft driver

I was picking up an order about twenty minutes before they close and it was my first time being here. I left a comment “no cheese” on my order and when I got to the restaurant, what looked like to be the owner told me he had to remake my pizza so it would be a few more minutes. Customer service was great and he was so apologetic about the mistake. Hard to find in a restaurant these days. He even gave us extra food. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!!
I ordered a small El Greco pizza. It was divine. Perfectly topped and cooked. Never had pizza from Jack"ss that I didn't LOVE!

This is the 1st time I ordered from this place and I'd like to say OMG. BEST pizza & wings i tried locally. Wings are fully cooked and pizza has that smoky taste...yummm. Will definitely order more soon. My wife loved it from 1st bite. Thank you.
Oh my my my that southern fried chicken..where do I start, someones mama needs to be thanked for that recipe, skin woah crispy and full of flavor and the chicken was moist and also full of flavor, and for the love of God a restaurant that actually has good Mac salad. Thank you!

The chicken wings (ask for extra crispy country sweet, trust me you won't be disappointed) and the chicken finger trash plate are absolutely fire🔥. Since moving to Rochester I've tried a bunch of different garbage plates but Jackss chicken finger plate trumps them all. Amazing late night food with prompt service. 5/5.
Surprisingly delicious! I drive by it every day and it doesn't pop out, but their subs are pretty good but their pizza is amazing.
The wait time is close to none. I've ordered by the slice here for quick pizza on the go and they never disappoint. The combos are good too. Two slices and a drink for $5. The seating inside is basic. I normally order to go but the inside is ok and staff is very friendly and outgoing.
I have had wings from possible 100 or more places (it is my favorite food!) and these are the best without a doubt. They are almost like a battered piece of chicken, but a jumbo bone-in chicken wing! It blew my mind when I saw them and ate the first one. They were crispy, well cooked, flavorful and one of a kind. I would put them at the top of my list to return to in the near future. My wife had a calzone and that ended up being no joke a large pan pizza flipped in half and then cheese melted on top! It was great and obviously it was huge and we have leftovers. We spent under $30 for both and two waters. It is a must go on my list, check it out for yourself. See what you think of the place. Small dining area and they deliver if you are around the Gates area.
i was pleased with my experience. i got delivery from Jack’ss. everything tasted amazing and was quick service. the delivery driver could’ve been a little nicer but he wasn’t rude by any means. the only thing i’d suggest is the making sure the drivers greet customers with a smile and say “have a good day/night” after the delivery is complete. i am a delivery driver myself so i would expect that when i buy delivery.
This place gives off a really weird vibe, but maybe in a good way. The first time I went there they had essential oils for sale behind the counter, and that really turn me off, along with weird religious signage around the store.
They messed up my order and that was an honest mistake, they took care of me, so no points off for that.
Aside from those two oddities, they make delicious food, and should definitely be on your list of places to try if you live in or around Rochester.
The owner is very friendly and the food is amazing! Our personal favorite are the steak subs, however we do enjoy a pizza from here once in a while too. We haven't had a single thing from Jackss that we don't like😊
