Our Yummy House take-out order turned out to be an unexpected delight!
It was the first time we ordered Chinese takeout since moving to Rochester and Yummy House didn't disappoint us at all.
First of all, I was impressed with how quickly Yummy House was able to prepare and deliver our dinner. At 5:38 pm I placed an online delivery order from their website, the est delivery time they provided was 6:32 pm. Which is a reasonable time for delivery. However, I was surprised to receive a call at 6:11 pm informing me that my delivery driver was outside.
33 minutes to prepare and deliver 3 dinners and appetizers!

On to more important things...the food!
We ordered 3 dinner combos; Sesame Chicken & B-B-Q Wings with shrimp fried rice, Bar-B-Q Spare Ribs with pork fried rice, and
Chicken Teriyaki, Boneless Spare Ribs with pork fried rice, and Crab Rangoons.
Everything and I means EVERYTHING was delicious. There was nothing that we did not like. The chicken and ribs were cooked to perfection, it was all well seasons and tender.
The fried rice was very good and flavorful as well.
Our favorite was the Crab Rangoons...Yum!
We are all very happy with our meal and look forward to trying other Yummy House dishes.
P.S. The best part was our order, delivery charge and tip only cost $49. The delicious meal and the speed at which it was delivered were well worth the cost in my opinion.
First time placing an online order for Delivery. The order was delivered earlier than expected and it was hot and tasty. Will definitely order here again. The Delivery man called when he was in the driveway and was very polite!
Affordable and tasty! I order from this place all the time. I’ve ordered pickup and delivery, and the food is great every time. Delivery is fast and courteous. The fried pork dumplings are so good. I LOVE the orange chicken too! And their veggies are always cooked perfectly. Still a little crunchy, not overdone and mushy! For the price, it can’t be beat.
I love the food here...area not so good..buy they still make wonderful food..they always.let.me customize my rice the way i want it..adding veggies and extra shrimp..
Very disability friendly, me and my best friend order delivery from there all the time, but today I went there today with another friend(in-person) and my Autism Service Dog and wasn't sure how they'd react to my service dog...they were VERY welcoming to us & my service dog! 😊 I love their food too amazing Chinese food, some of the best. 10/10 will go again! Thank you Yummy House! 😊❤️

Sesame chicken was delicious and the egg rolls were huge. Good prices and service. Also walking distance from the Holiday inn.

The BEST dumplings in Rochester. Only complaint is they suddenly started making cold sesame noodles with excessive amounts of chilli flakes, and the hot n sour soup, though good, varies. Wish the recipes were a little more consistent. Over all, though, they have been a great restaurant. The staff is polite if you're polite. (No one owes us politeness if we treat them badly. Tip your drivers generously.)

I work in this area and often get lunch here…food is always prepared quick and hot. The staff are always courteous.
Great food and they are always affordable. I've been eating here since 2002. Which was when I graduated from High School

Good take out food. chicken wings and Plantains are delicious.
Great place when you need to get a quick meal and my grandkids love going there.
