I always enjoy a great bagel 🥯 at Burggers. Everything bagel is the best in Rochester.
The cinnamon sugar bagel is soooo yummy 😋 it's like a dessert.
Five cheese is great to have a peppered bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, it's always delicious 🤤
All in all the staff is always nice.
There can be a little bit of a line at this location, but they handle the crowd petty good 👍
The only thing I don't like is you use to be able to sit and enjoy your purchase in the place ever since c-19 they never put the tables back in. 😢
I haven't had a Bruegger's bagel in a very long time. It did not disappoint. The bagel was perfect delicious unique cream cheese and fresh salmon, it was absolutely wonderful.
Food is always good. Best bagels around. Service can be slow when more than five customers come in.
Have enjoyed consistently good overall service through many years frequenting this establishment, and have found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Would be great to see the dining room open back up, as that was the extra element that fostered a sense of community and really set this place apart in the local area pre-Covid. It's hard to replicate that with the current dining out only set-up (but grateful for the continued operation through tougher times).
As expected. Bagel ordered to go. No dining rm service still but slf-svc outside tables / seating for convenience. Haven't been to these "fast food" places in awhile. Little surprised at the cost: bagel w/ butter and bacon plus lge Coke $7. Guess I gotta get out more...
The workers here are always SO nice! I would drive further just to go to this one. All of the other Bruegger’s in the area are very unfriendly, almost drawing me away from going. But I love the staff at this one, they are always very happy to give suggestions, and I’m always looking to try something new. They’ve told me if I don’t like it, they will gladly replace it. They always hold the doors for us when we come in and they never complain even if we make it in right before close. Keep up the good work!
Visited today, Saturday morning, and even though there were 15 customers in front of me, the two employees got the line out quickly. Both were very nice and friendly. Plenty of bagels to choose from and as always, delicious! My new favorite Brueggers!
I loved their French Vanilla coffee. The bacon scallion cream cheese was delicious on an everything bagel that was warm and fresh. Tables are clean and it's cozy and bright. Very nice

I always stop at this location when I am visiting from out of town. Every time I am greeted by a friendly employee, order is always quick and ready for me to enjoy. Stop by if you are looking for a quick bite!
Bruegger's bagels is one of the few chains that I still visit. The reason for this is that very few places seem to be able to sell a bagel with cream cheese of the same delicious taste and quality that bruegger's offers. Also, it is right at the end of my street so very assessable.
Bagels are great all on their own, making the variety of sandwiches even better. Western BBQ and Chipotle Turkey are spot on.
