We are there everyday for breakfast, and sometimes for lunch per/ schedule allows ....
What a great meal we had today in this quaint little diner! The hamburger patty was obviously hand patted, and one of my lunch companions stated that it was VERY good. The other and I had the Wise Guy clubs, and I was quite surprised at the whole thing. It was large, and fresh tasting, and delicious! The onion rings were light and crispy, and although slightly overcooked to my taste, one of the other guys said he liked them like that. The young lady that served us was quite friendly and efficient as well. The only thing that concerned me was the finger I found in the creamery bucket (see photo.) lol Perhaps it was that Halloween is coming up quickly... or maybe someone had a visit from Scarface?? ;-)
The Wise Guy Plate. Starts of with hash browns on plate then comes the meat (I get bacon) then chedder cheese onions then two large eggs top off with there home made hot sause
Pretty dang tasty! The hash browns were the best I have had lately, the flavor was PERFECT. The food came out hot and excellent, I will def be back to try the captain crunch French toast. My only meh about the place is that they charge extra (4%) if you pay with a card, and their atm is currently broken.
Cute space. It is small inside. Food was delicious and satisfying. The staff was kind. Definitely recommend.
My son moved up to the north side of rochester, we needed to find a good diner to go to for brunch, used to always go to Jay's diner in Henrietta. Found this place on Yelp thought I would give it a try. It's smaller than Jays, but I think the food is just as good. They even have some more upscale menu items that look pretty good, I did not get a chance to try them. Our table ordered scrambled eggs buttermilk pancakes sausage and bacon. I thought the eggs had really good flavor and I thought the pancakes were pretty nice, maybe not as fluffy as a pancake house, but they were pretty good. My only complaint, I thought the bacon was too floppy and not crisp. Given that it's about 5 minutes from my son's house, I suspect we'll be going there more. Give it a try, I think you'll like it.

Can never say enough about this place the owners are just awesome and the service is the best they always greet you with a smile the waitress there it's just unbelievable and so kind always greets us with the smile.
You hadn't been there in a while because of covid but will slowly but surely working our way back to wiseguys it is relaxing and food is comforting, sometimes we go there to eat a late breakfast and then we come home and just snooze.
My husband Enzo loves the steak and hash browns with over easy eggs and toast the coffee is delicious they are always making sure that your coffee cup is filled. I love my over easy eggs and home fries with some bacon on the side and my cup of coffee and my rye toast.
Love all the designs on the wall of the rat pack and ganster portraits like the Godfather movie , Casino movie and Scarface plus others they are nice photos to look at while you are waiting for your breakfast brunch or meal.

We love this place. Everyone is always very friendly and the food is always prepared perfectly and is delicious. Today we had Italian sausage and it was wonderful. My husband and I dine there often and are always pleased with the food and service. I recommend Wise Guys Diner to all my friends.

Favorite Local Breakfast Haunt! We live in Atlanta and have family and friends we visit here. Wise Guys is a must every single day when we're in town. Louanne the owner is exceptional. Food is comforting as we all know but the way she takes care of us is second to none.
