My friend and I are from Buffalo and we were going to Rochester for a Gala. On our way we were super hungry so we stopped here. This is the friendliest Burger King I’ve ever been to, it was like a machine of perfect customer service or something. I’ve never had an experience like that anywhere else. This was 2 years ago but we still think about it sometimes.
Very efficient, friendly and courteous. Good was spot on.
Breakfast sandwiches still offered under $2.00 in today's inflation is a great value when you just need something in your stomach while driving for work, but they need to improve their coffee?
They were super busy when we went, but knowing and understanding that I believe they are still great. The manager that worked the front was friendly and apologetic for the busy times.
Food was typical burger King but the lady at the window was very nice and they take their time which I like.

This is the way a Burger King joint should be run. Excellent food and fast service compared to the one on ridgeway ave. Night and day service
The only down side is the place was dirty. The service was awesome though.
The food was hot fresh and delicious. The only complaint I have is about the napkins. There were 4 people in the car and we were given 3 napkins. I felt as though the BK rep brought them from home and was rationing them out. My grandson of 10 needed two to begin with.
This is a nice Burger King! But the only drawback was we wanted to eat inside at 8:30 p.m but the doors were locked even though the sign said they were open inside till 10 p.m. We had to wait a few minutes for our meal but it was nice and fresh. But had to eat in the car.
I just wanted to say how wonderful John in drive thru is! He's so incredibly friendly & nice. It was such a pleasure to go to a drive thru & have the person who takes your order be pleasant. It's been a long time since I've experienced that. Thank you John.. you're awesome!!
Fresh BK big fish every time
Place was clean tables floors bathrooms, food was hot tasty and came out quick.The only glitch was the young lady ask if I was dinning in or out I said in and she put my food in a bag instead of putting it on a tray.A problem across all fast food joints kids today don't know the difference or just in a hurry to get too their cell phones
