Food was amazing. They're open late. Restrooms are clean and spacious. Lots of free parking. Highly recommend!
The people are very nice at West ridge hots. But if you're looking for what tasted best go with what the name says.. hots. Their french fries are crazy good
Stopped after the Puscifer show at the Kodak arena. Got a couple of hotdogs that were phenomenal. Came with some chili cheese onion toping. Wish I had taken a picture.
Fantastic food for a good price. Typical "hots" menu (it's a WNY thing). Great service.
Asked for a hot plate and got home and it was cheeseburger plate. Oh well, half dozen of one and 6 of another. It was good. Mac salad, home fries and hot sauce were all good. Service was quick. I'll go again.
First time visit. Friendly service. Freshly grilled dogs. Good toppings. Over abundance of French fries! Lots of ketchup and napkins in the bag. ππ»ππ»π
Your order is always made fresh..the smoothies are amazing..the fries are delish and the Gyro π₯ π€€π€€π€€π€€π€€...always clean...always friendly. I have never ate anything from here that was bad. And they stay open late
West Ridge Hots was quite good! I ordered the fish fry sub combo, and it was quite excellent! I really liked the bread. Service was prompt and courteous. The establishment was also clean and orderly!
First restaurant that I have been to that kept their ketchup and mustard in the fridge. I actually appreciate that!
Also note, that drink refills on fountain beverages are not free. There is a nominal cost for any refill.
Good halal food. They so short staffed its a shame. They don't deliver everywhere anymore. I wish they were consistent with wearing gloves, its a old man there that refuse to wear gloves but keep touching food. They cook food and handle the money.
